Have you ever ACTUALLY checked out wall advertisements?

Nope, never. It's always ads about Roleplay or stories with a group I'm not interested in, or stories with an OC, all in which I hate. Thank god there's the option to put my wall in private cuz clearly those people are willing to spam away without taking two seconds to read my profile to know what I'm interested in.

To be honest, I like it when people advertise stories (even though I rarely get any ad) and I've already found stories I really loved on other people's walls ^-^

Nope. Never ever.
If they're stories, they're often stories i'm not interested in.
If they're shops or threads of other sorts I still do not check them out.
If I'm looking for something, I will search for them on my own.
I get roleplay and graphic shops hiring designers or graphic contents advertisements way too often and I don't even roleplay.
What's even worse is when they PM me to advertsie. Noo. Just no. Leave me alone.

people leaving advertisements on walls seem very attention seeking and that's off-putting
