So, it was Minseok the one that hit her. And he admitted it so fast. Why did he hit her? He probably felt sorry and that's why he cleaned the wound, but still, abandoning her in the bathroom...
I'm still surprised he admitted doing it.
The handcuffs thing was funny though.
Minseok is a funny guy. Jongin is even more.
Chapter 23: I wonder if the person that knocked her head was a lady. She was abandoned in a ladies' bathroom, and that doesn't seem like a place men would dump someone unconscious. And it would also attract attention if someone saw a man walking outside women's bathroom.
Wait. The person that attacked her also cleaned her wound? That's quite considerate of an attacker. They even put everything she had with her in a plastic bag. Maybe whoever attacked her felt sorry he/she had to do it.
Oh, wait. There was a woman there. But I somehow doubts Gayoung was the considerate one that cleaned her wound. Was Changmin also one of the people from the hallway? Is that why his name sounded familiar to her?
Was Jongin also in the hallway? Was that why he seemed worried for her? Was he the one that cleaned her head wound? And who is his girlfriend? :)) Soojung? :)) They would make a nice couple. Yeri didn't seem as shocked and worried for her as Soojung did, so my balance would incline for Soojung to tell her boyfriend about that than Yeri. Unless of course Yeri likes to gossip a lot.
Is someone trying to frame Minseok? I doubt someone working in a agency like that would be so forgetful and leave traces behind. And Minseok wasn't at work. Or was he and it was a secret? Or did Junmyeon lie? Either way, Minseok does have a lot of explaining to do.
Chapter 28: Okay is it just me or did Soojung seem /really/ defensive when Chanyeol was talking about jongin's gf? Also, (not really important to the story at all lol but just out of my own curiosity) did you plan on Junmyeon's cell being almost entirely Kims or was that just a funny little coincidence?
Chapter 19: I'm crying because this is so sophisticated and I'm just getting more and more confused ;-; but I applaud you for being able to pull off and execute this story so well. I need to catch up to the current chapter >.<
Chapter 28: After binge-reading the last 28 chapters to refresh my memory, I've been wondering if it would be too far-fetched to wonder if Junmyeon might actually be a good guy? And the advice he's giving to Miran is actually well-meaning? And he planted those extra details in Hyerim's file to help Miran out?
But then I could be wrong, because why would a good guy want to kill off the COO?
But then again, I don't particularly trust the COO because there must be a reason that so many important people are unsatisfied with the way he's been 'handling things'. Maybe Kim, Kim and Kim would be doing a good job by getting rid of him.
I thought for a moment that the COO might even be one of the rogues - Miran hasn't witnessed his shooting skills and he definitely has access to all of the most convenient places. Problem is that he has no motive and there was no reason for him to steal Kyungsoo's card.
Oooooooooooooorrrrrrr... I could be completely wrong!
I'm impressed by the number of different way you got Miran to get different guys to expose their shoulders. :')
I've said this before and I'm going to say it again - Miran's going to regret confiding so much in Scout. In fact, I feel that he might even be one of the rogues - maybe not the one who shot Sehun, but probably involved in relaying information to the other side.
Chapter 28: Damn, I feel like joonmyeons cell is suspicious but maybe theyre not related to the rogue, because it would seem too easy..? I dunno, Mirans paranoia is getting to me too! All I know is this will be one big mind derp and Im going to cry at the end LOL
Chapter 28: I cant think of anything. Miran paranoia is getting me too. Joonmyeon reminds me of snape. Dont know why but make me thing he will give big surprise in this story.

Chapter 28: And about the questions who is the rogue? I don't know, but I also think that Soojung might be Jongin's girlfriend - or maybe someone else - but for now I think it's Jongin.
Also, when I'm thinking about the plan to get rid of COO then I really think that Junmyeon might be involved - but I'm not really 100%.
And the thing with attack on Miran - I really wouldn't be surprised if those two Kim's were clean as well~
Chapter 28: Kyungsoo is starting to be more sweet, hahaha

Either way, I was really not surprised when Kim's weren't at work.. But it's really hard on Miran with all of those Mr.Kim's :o

Chapter 28: Based on the phone call, Jongin is definitely the rogue or in league with the rogue. Also, I'm sure that someone is trying to turn Soojung. I'm not sure if I'm misinterpreting or overthinking this, but I'm suspecting that her appearance when she entered the room wasn't because of the temperature contrast? But she hasn't been overly suspicious since that chapter when she mentioned the missing files, and I doubt she's secretly dating Jongin.
Also, I'm not sure if I missed a few details, but it does seem like at least part of Junmyeon's cell is involved in the plan to oust the COO? Considering Minseok knocked her out, and Junmyeon's "I don't know what you're talking about." Although that theory in an earlier comment about the COO ordering his cell to do an internal investigation sounds interesting.
I'm also debating whether to suspect Changmin or not (though this is a few chapters late). After Miran got knocked out, it was mentioned that his name sounded familiar? And Kyungsoo did say that he thought the briefing on the sixth floor would be done by Hyorin and Changmin. I'm kind of at a loss though, it feels like you'd put something like that in to distract people haha.
• My other theory is that the COO possibly ordered Joonmyeon's cell to do a secret internal investigation along side Miran's rookie group.
• I mean Joonmyeon is a very slick (but resourceful) character and Jongin is popping up everywhere in the story - Jongin is most likely smoke screen, making Miran run in circles.
• ...its possible Miran's little investigation is just the decoy group, making everyone in the agency to be suspicious & wary of her.
• A kind of sleight of hand play on the whole department.
Chapter 28: (」ﾟﾛﾟ)｣ Soojung is Jongin's secret girlfriend!
My reasons:
> her reaction about what Miran and Chanyeol said about agents having multiple partners within the agency
AND
> her reaction over the fact that Jongin is their suspect!
How else would Joonmyeon's cell have similar info that the Rookies do?
And remember when I said Chanyeol could know a few secrets too but chooses not to discuss it with anyone until he's completely sure? Based off of how Chanyeol's secretitive actions in the last few chapters - his open argument with Soojung in front of Miran a couple chapters ago and the text message he recieved in the last chapter - I'm pretty sure he already knows who Jongin's secret girlfriend is.

and my mind's in haywire right now. i can't properly pin point who the rogue might be and it frustrates me ㅠㅠ there are waaaay too many suspects and sketchy people but DEFINITELY junmyeon might be the decoy/distraction ??
