You could have a poll for what group people would like to get giveaways from, and then do a themed giveaway (big bang package, exo package, etc etc)
And to decide the winner, you could do the same thing that you do on tumblr... Get people to message you and do the spreadsheet thing. Or you could have a themed oneshot contest or something ^^
