I will forever be grateful to AFF for allowing me to forge so many strong friendships and meeting so many amazing people that I will treasure forever. It sounds ridiculous, since I have literally never met any of you in real life (and probably won’t ever), but I really do treat all of my friends here like real friends. Especially those who are truly dear and special to me. I don’t like listing particular names because I feel bad for leaving people out, but you all know who you are. Thank you for always being there for me. I promise to always be there for you all, too.
Reading & Writing
Reading has always been a huge and important part of my life.
Writing, however, didn't become my real hobby until the age of around 13. Since then, it has become so much more than a hobby; it's what I do for myself and where I express myself and put my imaginations down in words.
Favourite genres are fantasy/supernatural, adventure and mystery. Also loves romance and some comedy.
Avid fan of Shakespeare and forever admiring and loving J.K. Rowling and her legendary Harry Potter series.
A proud Ravenclaw still awaiting her long-lost Hogwarts acceptance letter.
Music
Piano since age 7 and flute since age 11.
Never imagined my life without the presence of music.
Classical music player, respecting great composers like Chopin and Debussy and idolising Yiruma.
Though I am yet to give it a try, I hope to be able to write my own music some day.
The K-POP Corner
Entered the realm of K-pop in 2009.
Primarily SM-biased. Either loves, really likes, respects or supports all artists in SMTOWN.

Super Junior
Super Junior was the reason I got into K-pop, all thanks to the Sorry, Sorry phenomenon that pretty much swept Asia into its hand-rubbing dance of awesomeness. I learned about the workings and nature of K-pop with Super Junior and E.L.F by my side, blending into the world of wonderfulness known as K-pop while immersed in that beautiful colour that is Sapphire Blue. I may have branched out and found other biases and groups to fangirl over, but Super Junior will always – no, forever – have that special, irreplaceable place in my heart. They have taught me courage, strength, confidence and the reality that sometimes you need to let go of everything, poke fun at yourself and forget about all images to enjoy life to its fullest. It breaks my heart to watch the members decline in number, but, as an E.L.F, I PROM15E TO 13ELIEVE and wait for them forever – every single one of them. From Leeteuk to E.L.F, including the amazing Zhou Mi and Henry, Super Junior and E.L.F are one. Thank you, Super Junior.
SHINee
I didn't know it back then, but SHINee's season of Hello Baby changed and paved the path of my future K-pop endeavours. I managed to securely grasp all the names of the members and match them with those gorgeous faces (something I’ve always been extra slow at), familiarize myself with their personalities and blend in with all the inside jokes, shippings and workings of SHINee World. After re-watching the series a few more times and much denial and internal conflict, I admitted to myself, as of the end of 2011, that SHINee had officially become my favourite K-pop group.
They may not have the same heart-wrenching tales of hardship and struggles as their sunbaes, but there was something unexplainable about these five dorky boys. Their musical releases never fail to amaze me, their vocals are always spot-on and virtually flawless, and their dance skills are impeccable, unparalleled and incomparable. SHINee are a versatile and hard-working group of pure and utter talent. They’re not just a collection of young, attractive people trying to make a mark in the overpopulated K-pop industry. They have a gift for performing and the members harmonize (both vocally and literally) and complement each other perfectly. Their group dynamics are indescribably perfect.
The individual members are also all so wonderful in their own ways that I have never experienced so much difficulty and conflict in picking a bias in a group. It seemed virtually impossible, at times.

SHINee will most likely be my last bias group. I don’t have another “spare”; I simply don’t need one. The main reasons are that I have complete faith in SHINee and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to find another group as perfect as them. Lee Jinki, Kim Jonghyun, Kim Kibum, Choi Minho, Lee Taemin… I hope you five continue to thrive on together, show the world all the amazing things you are capable of accomplishing, and achieve wonderful and fulfilling things. Once a Shawol, always a Shawol. I’m living in the SHINee World, and I won’t be leaving.
The Ultimate Bias
Kim Jonghyun
I still remember watching the Ring Ding Dong MV after a few years of complete lack of interest in SHINee and K-pop and simply not being able to tear my eyes away from your gaze. There was something about that confident and charismatic main vocalist with his powerful voice and shimmering blonde locks that had me captivated. And though you weren’t my favourite straight from the get-go, you later became my SHINee bias, eventually settling down as my ultimate bias. I don’t know what it is about you that prompted the change, but you just slowly and steadily etched your way into my heart.
Your insanely powerful vocals will never cease to amaze me, and hearing it live for myself had to be one of the most luckiest things I have experienced. Your voice has that flawless timbre to it where it ranges from being so soothingly soft and tender, making listeners sigh and close their eyes with a smile gracing their lips, to simply mind-blowing and overwhelmingly strong and dynamic and sending goosebumps and shivers down everyone’s spine.
You never fail to make me smile like an idiot and laugh hysterically in front of my computer with all of your child-like and adorable antics. Your witty and delightful sense of humour, though very unique, is certainly something that puts a smile on everyone’s faces. Every random and nonsensical tweet or quadruple selca set of yours is enough to make my night after a busy and tiring day. Thank you for being there to cheer me up, albeit indirectly, and though you may never know, the small things about you, from your dazzling and contagious smile to your God-given talent, are enough to brighten anyone’s day.
It will also never stop being a mystery to me how one person can go from a y, charismatic, “badass” dinosaur one second to a squishy, adorable and endearing little cute puppy the next. You’ve demonstrated your manly, romantic and sweet side so many times, too, and though you can appear as a bit of a “player” or “flirt”, that’s all part of your charm, isn’t it?
Kim Jonghyun, please never stop singing and performing and doing all the things you love, and please never stop smiling and being the charming and loveable self you are.

I've somehow managed to secure myself a reputation as a harsh, demanding and brutally honest reviewer who is ruthless in her scoring. xD

Adding me means preparing yourself for a very talkative and spazzy person whose wallposts/PMs always end up getting longer and longer (I don't even know how that happens), especially if we become very close. But yeah, talk to me and be my friend! ^^ /beckons
