How does Korean drama affect your english language skills?

How do you think watching Korean drama affect your english language skills especially to non-english speakers?

It has worsened somehow my english pronunciation, but not that much. I've been studying english for my whole life, but some words' pronunciation changed...

It does absolutely nothing to my English. lol Most of the time, they only use some A2-B1 level vocabulary. I've learnt more words from playing online games.

It does helped me improve my english, but i gotta say it did nothing to improve my pronunciation. Seeiously, ever since i started bekng a kpop fan, i slowly stoooed watching english movies and BOOM. I speak a differnet language and i always watch korean dramas and listen to korean songs. How the hell do i expect my pronunciation to be anh better. Lol anyways, i still give props to k-dramas!

oml kdramas actually messed up one of my friend's diction and she can't read certain words in english properly without that weird korean accent- but i think this just happened bc she was trying wayy too hard to learn. lol

It didn't. Not in any way. I'm used to reading subtitles on English shows so reading English subtitles didn't really help anything. If it helped anything it's my Korean language skills but my English has stayed the same. (Well, no, I am better but that's because of writing and communicating in English and has nothing to do with Korean dramas).

From a native English speaker's perspective: It helps with reading skills. I'm already a pretty avid reader, but this helps my speed reading and context skills because I sometimes miss something and have to fill in the gaps on my own. I also learn a few new words here and there and pick up some slang that I didn't know existed.

it's benefiting, i watch korean show, not only dramas with english subtitles, on daily basis, so my english reading, vocabulary, and understanding skill (pasive) is beyond my expectation (as results for reading fanfictions in english too though). But as i don't speak english much, my active speaking skill is not that great. as for listening, it gets better from watching youtube videos, not korean shows, obviously. i used to hate listening part of english lessons a lot.

It is good. I have been watching anime and K dramas and it helps me a lot. My English improved because when I don't know some words I will search for the meaning in a dictionary. Thanks to this my essay improved so much, so is my grammar and vocab skills. But, other than that, reading English book and comic play great roles too. It don't depend on dramas either. I have been top in my class for English subject.
