Hi! my name is Penelope Speer I'm about 5 ft. 4 in. and have blonde hair that goes about an inch past my shoulders with a fringe that goes straight across my forehead. My eyes are bluey-greeney-grey colour but the change between intensities of each, so that's pretty cool.
