A merman named Siwon saved Sungmin's life.  In return, Sungmin has to help Siwon find the fisherman, Hankyung, whom he fell in love with in the past.  But along the way, Sungmin starts to fall for Siwon and Hankyung became someone very famous and out of reach... well, almost.
