16 years ago, an explosion in the center of Seoul gave extraordinary powers to a number of the Korean population. From the very beginning, these people, called Rogues by the government, were seen as threats to society and scum of the earth. Now, 16 years later, all Irene wants is to be safe with the people she loves, but she knows that she'll never get that luxury.
