Drafts are something i started but never finished. I'm sharing the unfinished short stories with basically no plot.

Draft 1. Golden chains

Blood spilled on the floor when yelling men tried to reach for Jaejoong, who was faster and managed to slip between their hands. He felt the shattered glass under his boots crushing into even smaller pieces. At that time, when he ran through the doors, out of the club, police burst inside. It was the second time over the two last weeks that Jaejoong started a fight in that goddamn bar, and all because of one bartender who was worth more than a few bleeding noses and black eyes. It was the face of an angel, a pure innocence embedded in forgiveness, and Jaejoong needed a lot of forgiveness.

It was cold, and the last winter days smelled fresh. At least the smell of cheap beer, piss, and blood was more bearable when his nose was freezing off. Wearing leather pants, sweater, and a winter jacket with hood and fur were not appropriate for minus eight degrees, but Jaejoong managed as always. In his small apartment with brick walls painted in white and red – there was cold all the time, even in summer.

“Did you hear him yelling your name?” Changmin almost jumped him, punching his shoulder, “he was yelling your name!”

“Was that yelling desperate or threatening?”

“Both, somehow.”

“Not good enough.” Jaejoong sighed, shoving his cold hands into his vest pockets.

“Let me give you good advice,” Changmin leaned closer to his friend. The tension was on the peak in a second, and before Jaejoong could lean back, Changmin pinched his cheek painfully. “You piece of , what have you done? What has Yunho done to deserve such a rude ? You’re ruining his life and job.”

“What kind of job is it? Pissed gay bar!” Jaejoong slapped away his hand.

“It is a job that he doesn’t have to live on a street!”

“He can live with me.”

“Stop. Just stop before you get someone killed.”

“I’m out!”

“Get some sense in your head! And learn how to dress in winter! Don’t you dare to…” It was too late, Jaejoong already gave him the middle finger.

“I’ll tell Yunho!”

“Tell him.”
