If you don't like the service or if any member is slacking off, please let us know instead of arguing with them. Since all of us are busy and lots of stuff to do, we all have different perspectives of it.. 

If you wanna cancel your request, Do it in your comment replies on shop. 

If you don't understand the rules, or think we are wasting your time, message us directly instead of attacking.

For Staff/Fam.

If you don't understand the request or wanna withdraw from the request, please try informing us asap so we can assign anyone else on it. 

If you wish to go on Hiatus, inform us beforehand, we won't replace you but instead work it among ourselves. If you wanna leave forever, you can ^^.
