Found it... kinda

So I found the app I was looking for. It was writeometer. It was a simple but great app. However it was taken down from Playstore. 

That might be the reason why I couldn't find it again. 

But I got some very great suggestions, so I want to list it for those who are looking for an app too.

I know you found the app already but there is this one called "Narrative Nods" on playstore, I think its a little similar to writeometer :)

I just looked through Google Play. Writer Tools - Novel Planner, Tracker & Editor seems similar to the app you're referring to.
