This morning when the pedestrain light went red, I stayed behind instead of jaywalking (like 90% of the time) and why's that?

I wanted to stay behind to be near Miki LOL...and because I didn't want to be the one behind all the people when it was a red light. It feels like I'll be crashed over by the cars.

Anyways, during the 10ish minutes walking to school, Miki and his friends were behind me and I was completely aware of that. I tried to steal a bit of glances of him.

Since he was walking behind me, I tried walking faster and with a crowd of people, that way I don't feel awkward just walking by myself.

Somewhere closer to the school gates, I suddenly felt Miki and his friends' presence. I glanced to my left only to see a tall figure with glasses and a noticeable white shirt and green tie. It was Miki.

We were literally less than a meter away from each other and walked together as in hE WAS HORIZONTAL TO ME AND HAD ALMOST THE SAME PACE AS ME. When we were entering the school gates I took a quick peek at him and his friends were behind us at that time and I COULDN'T STOP SMILING SO I HAD TO JUST PLACE MY HANDS ON MY CHEEKS FROM THEM SEEING MY RIDICULOUS SMILE. AAaAAAAaAAAahhh. I was hurriedly walking to school then, I didn't want them to get suspicious of me and walked away as quickly as possible.

At the end of the day, I tried getting glances at him, but I caught a different train carriage because the carriage I usually get on was full today so I couldn't get close to him. It made me quite upset actually aha. （；へ：）
