Hello everyone! So yes as the title states, I have written a poem and wanted to share it with you guys. I have been interested in poems for a while now and have been writing a few too. This is my most recent one, please do let me know in the comments what you think about this. Do be honest, I love reading all your comments. Thank you in advance. 

The wind calls out names,

Which one do we tame?

How do we know when we are being called? 

Is it true to us or is it just a beep to our ears after all?

Music enters our ears everyday dearly,

But the lyrics of the wind, what do they mean? 

Walking on the pathway of freedom, 

Wind pushes us back, for the direction we plan on following is dumb.

The wind pushes us forward to show us the right way, 

Yet we still ignore it pretending not to understand what wind has to say. 

Wind isn't only cold air,

It is a force that makes things fair.

But our impatient self never gives it time,

For in the end the wind will be what keeps us on line.

Listen to the wind as it howls your name 

You never know when you could be tamed.
