In light of the recent event of the France Magazine attack, I have read how they are rallying to show defiance of Freedom of speech. I have so much to vent regarding this matter. I am a muslim and i condemn the idea of terrorism. I just don't get why they would even think of putting our prophet (may peace be upon him) as the cover. Actually, i do not get why they would even involve religion into this matter. I understand the attacks were initiated by so-called "Muslims"; but they do not ing represent our religion. What they do is solely acted in what they think is right- to which a majority of us- do not believe is right.

The media have made our religion a symbol of terrorism when our religion does not teach us , or rather condemns the idea of terrorism. We are harmonious people, taught to respect other religions- as well as to respect them as one. How can an act of individuals become a representation of our belief- it is disgusting. I am a person with a mind of liberalism, but i love my faith as much as i respect other religions. We respected other religions, but why... WHY, just because the act of two "so-called" muslims, does our religion have to face the insult- agree by people, who 'BELIEVE' the act of freedom of speech, of our prophet (May peace be upon him) be ridiculed? why?

In my opinion, this will only provoke them. I send my condolences to those who lost their lives during this shooting- but please, blame the people- not the religion.
