⟪ PERSONALITY ⟫ 

(+) hardworking - she's really hardworking whether it's in school or at work. she does things fast too, so she tends to find more stuff to do and that always results in reading more books. people used to think she's a snobby chaebol, but she always wows people with her knowledge

(+) patient - she doesn't get frustrated easily so she's a good listener. her friends tend to tell her their problems and they would surely feel better after because elle would always offer hugs and good advice

(+) caring / friendly - she's a good friend who cares a lot and she's really sociable. everyone she knows is literally her best friend

(-) perfectionist - she only aims for perfection and it usually drives her working companions crazy. they couldn't keep up with her speed nor her expectations. only her manager can stand her

(-) lazy - she may aim for perfect in her job but she's a lazy pig at home. her house is really dirty and unorganised but she can still know where everything is

(-) insecure - she feels insecure easily so she yearns for compliments. she's like this because she doesn't look like a chaebol when she's younger and the other girls always bully her verbally. she is a little boyish that time so maybe that's why the girls don't like her

⟪ BACKGROUND ⟫

elle came from a rich family that runs shopping malls. it's family business that is from her great-grandfather generation. she has an older brother, won bin. won bin is the heir to the shopping malls, resulting that elle has her freedom to do whatever she likes, since they have the money. she doesn't know what to do with her life so she followed her brother's advice to study abroad and find herself. she has a lot of friends there and when she successfully matches up one of her friends, she decided to become a matchmaker. her best friend, may, who is friends with elle since high school becomes her manager. she found a small company for matchmakers in korea and joined the company with may. after she becomes famous, she rises to be the vice-president of the growing company.

⟪ HISTORY ⟫

elle met woobin in her first CHAEBOLS event. woobin was a participant wanting to find love in his life. elle was the host and when she talked to woobin more and more she slowly realised that she loves him. woobin also found no interest in the other girl participants and he finds elle interesting instead. they confessed to each other one night, which is the celebratory party of the CHAEBOLS event. they were together ever since and they love each other. they are each other's first love.

I'm gonna fill in on the history of CHAEBOLS here:- 

elle first thought that all her high school friends (chaebols) ended up not happy with their arranged marriage. she thought that finding their own happiness is more important so she created tis event called CHAEBOLS. she invited few of her friends and matched them up according to their ideal types. it turned out such a success that more and more chaebols came to her to ask for help. the couples were happy together and their parents were also happy that thier child get to have love while at the same time they can benefit from family businesses. this event slowly become a trend and parents send their child to this event to keep up with the "trend".
