Ji Hyun has a small face with eyes that sparkle every time she encounters with something she likes. She is most happy with her lips as she thinks that it suits her perfectly, not too big, not too small either. Her nose fits her face perfectly. She has a body that can pull off any look although her body isn’t model-like. She has curves which eventually show when she wears tight clothes. She has long light brown hair and she likes it long.  A few waves here and there when she keeps her hair down but at most times she would tie it in a high ponytail. She prefers not to have bangs. She is a tall teen with a height of 167cm and maintains a weight of 49 kg. From her neck and above, she appears feminine but her outfits will surprise you how boyish she can be..

She has a way of connecting to people easily. People admire her for her look but think she brings out the image of "Ice Princess." But not all assumptions are correct. She clearly justifies the saying, 'Don't judge a book by its cover', she is very playful and loves to play childish jokes on her big sisters(Bandmates). She is filled with confidence on her duties and tries to complete her tasks with utmost enthusiasm. She thinks positively and always try to look in the good of things even in bad scenarios. Whenever you have a heated argument with her and you are winning, she will surrender with the most extreme sarcastic tone. There are many sides you have yet to discover in her.

She gets hurt emotionally easily if she feels that people are leaving her out bringing out her still immature side. She can be very mature during times when her family is concerned. Ji Hyun doesn’t care of what she eats. She eats really well and people are amazes at how she can maintain her body. She’s very tall for her age and sometimes, she feels a bit out of place because of her height among her people her age because they were sometimes a lot shorter than her. Anyhow she loves her height for the way it is and tries to find its positive aspects. She sometimes feels inferior to others because she feels that she lacks in some aspects. But all in all, her personality is what defines her and not her outward appearance and she is more than thankful for having the people around her even though she is too embarrassed to say it out loud.

Negative: Very mischievous, sometimes a little annoying, bluffs a little and is too talkative.

On-Stage:

During variety shows, she has the ability to light up the whole room with her clumsiness and she sometimes mixes the Korean language with English to explain some things.  She talks too much but it is the reason she is able to immediately make friends. Like her friend Jackson, the two are unpredictable once they start bluffing. She sometimes even plays her own little hidden camera to the MCs. With her playful self, people can’t help but be amazes at how much she can still play around after talking too much. If she appears on a variety show with one of her biases, she will try to steal a little time to make them do some things like dancing, singing, etc. with the reasoning that, “I’m one of your biggest fans, can you please sing/dance for me??” with her aegyo mode on. She sometimes leaves them really flustered but they’d so it anyway. You can say that people take a good liking to her because of her randomness in these kinds of things. When they are off-camera, she would ask for autographs or selcas with the other guests and these results in her getting a lot of new friends. It would be safe to say that she is a really good telephone directory because she would always be the one with the most contacts of celebrity friends.

Off Stage:

Once she is off stage, she is the most mischievous person anyone has ever met. She’s even more playful than on variety shows and that would be considered impossible by some people because even on shows, she’s already really playful. She likes to stay at home the most and is the icon of fan-service because she is the main picture uploader of their inside dorm lives. Visiting her SNs accounts at least five times a day. Having accounts in almost all SNS sites, she makes little notifications of her little day lives. She tries to attend church at least once a week (She’s a Christian). You will find her in the dorms playing video games or reading fanfictions. She is always the last to sleep and the last to wake up. She is quite the messy person and takes a really long time in the Bathroom. She sleeps with her panda bear and sometimes sleep-talks. She snores a little but not too loud and is very short tempered if you disturb her sleep. She doesn’t like people cleaning her stuff for her and arranges it all by herself. She is very lazy at the dorms but very diligent when it comes to work

background

— what's happened in the past, happens in the past

She was born in Seoul, South Korea but was an illegitimate child. Her birth father had not told her mother that he was a divorced man with two sons. Her mother was the daughter of a very successful businessman. He allowed Ji Hyun to take her father’s surname in her Korean name. Ji Hyun’s parents really never fell in love with each other since it was a onetime thing and they had both been drunk but did not dare think that Ji Hyun was a mistake because the both of them loved her very much. They had always maintained contact with each other and Ji Hyun’s father Jae Ho soon remarried with his ex-wife. But her brothers Baek Hyun and Baek Beom had always had a good relationship with her and they were all extra close and were the best of friends. When Ji their whole family moves to The States, she was only eight; her grandfather gave her a new English name which was not at all related with their family. He gave her the name Tori because Ji Hyun loved to watch Power Rangers Ninja Storm which had a character named Tori. Her last name Knights was given to her by her grandfather for the mere reason that she used to tell him that she wanted to be like the Knights in fairy tales because she wanted to save her prince rather than being saved by him. Her English name became Tori Knights just for the sole reason of having an English name. (Hehe). Their family moved back to Korea when Ji Hyun turned thirteen. Her grandfather died a few months after and his eldest son whom Ji Hyun’s mother was not very close to inherited the company. Ji Hyun’s mother Ji Soo accepted only a café which was almost rundown and told her brother that she did not want to have connections with the company so they cut all ties with each other. Ji Hyun still kept in contact with her father and brothers and even her father’s wife. They also became very important people in her life.

Ji Hyun had always had a deep connection with her grandfather through music and it was him that inspired her to go into music. She wanted to enter the music industry in memory of her grandfather and tried out in many entertainment agencies. Since she was only thirteen, she had failed many attempts but when she auditioned at YG, she was recruited for her deep compassion towards dance and her exceptional vocal skills. Her passion for music grew in her years at the agency and when she was finally had a chance to debut, she was more than thrilled. Not only that but her brother, whom she loved very dearly was also part of her rival agency and she was wondering how things would turn out. Let’s hope that she is able to make her debut and even challenge her big brother in her future activities.

She comes from a rich family and the cafe was the only inheritance she accepted from her father. Ji Hyun has never hid anything from her mother and the two share a relationship that no others could have.

HALF BROTHER — Byun Baekbeom//27//journalist//child in a grown man's body// He is a married man with a beautiful wife who is not known in public.He and Ji Hyun are the best of friends and Ji Hyun does't hesitate to call him during her rough times during her trainee days. 

step-mother (in a way) — Jo Eun Hee//37//unemployed//outgoing,friendly// Mrs. Byun adores Ji Hyun but it was not always so in the beginning. The two started to get closer only just a year or two before Ji Young moved to California. Ji Hyun sometimes sleeps over there when she wants to have little meet-ups with Mrs. Byun. They even sometimes vedio-called each other telling the doings of the day.

personality —Chan Woo's personality is a cute flower boy who is very shy among new people and takes a lot of time to be comfortable around them. But once he warms up, he is the most mischievous person anyone has ever met.

relationship — Ji Hyun tries to crack Chan Woo's personality and tries to make him be comfortable around her. But end s up failing. Chanwoo thought of her as a very quiet girl but she totally surprised him which made him fall for her deeply but is too shy to confess. The two's relationship is a very cute one and people are going all mushy about it. It's a cute, sweet romance between the two maknaes of the groups.

history —They first met when Chan Woo movedf into the Team B's dorms. Ji Hyun was accompanying her big sisters to the boys dorms and they were pretty awkward at first because ChanWoo sometimes didn't even reply to her friendly questions. But they became good friends afterwards which took a very long time considerindg Chanwoo.

=Chanwoo had liked Ji Hyun from the start. Ji Hyun liked Chanwoo only as a friend in the beginning, once she got to know him more, she too fell for him.

=Chanwoo doesn't know how to talk to her,. They are in the cutesy, shy, adorable moments.

=Whenever they meet each other, Ji Hyun  will always be the first to initiate a conversation.
