Just relax :) breathe in, take a break. Any kind of break to relieve yourself if you feel so stressed.
Sometimes sleep it off or distract yourself with something else.

Hi! I think its normal, im not really fond of angsty fics but doesnt mean i despise them. I like reading angst fics that end happily only, because uhm i like the pain they always give me in the middle of the fic and the relief I feel after knowing the happy ending as if there's this tingly sensation that tickles my heart lmao idk its weird, im weird dont mind me. But well when i feel like crying, i do read angst fics that can break my heart to pieces and make me cry a pacific ocean bc it helps reduce my sadness tbh
In ur case, if u that afraid of angst fics, u can skip to the end of the fic to know its ended happily or not ( i always do diz bc in good mood heart cant take unhappy ending) so you know whether to read the fic or not. Hahah yeah thats from me i guess? Hope it helps!

I have those feels too, but over the years i came to not enjoy so to say, but i guess adjust and find it kinda nice to read something unpredictable and sometimes realistic. I think it's perfectly normal since the last thing anybody wants to see their OTP not end up together. But most angst is in the journey in fanfiction, and then in the end they usually might end up together, if it feels too sad for chu tho, don't hesitate to take a break and read some fluffy one shots in between chapters o/
