This was a scary day...

So I feel like I need to tell about what happened today.

I was in Glasgow with my best friend going Christmas shopping, and as we were just going to the train station to go home, we heard a bunch of sirens and crazy noise, but we didn't think much of it at the time.

When we got off the train in town, my best friend got a call from her dad asking if she was alright, because there was a major accident in Glasgow today! A bin lorry crashed into some people and swerved right across the pavement, lots of people died and lots got injured. All this happened only two streets away from where we were.

So we've just been walking around town all afternoon feeling so weird and shaky, because we were so close to where lots of people lost their lives :'(

My deepest condolences to those lost. But good thing you're safe, it's fine to be scared. Humans are fragile beings after all. Our lives are precious.

I saw that on news!! God, you were there?? >< It makes me realize how fragile our life are, like...God, you was there!! RIP those people though..it's Christmas :( How are their family going to deal with this...

OMG i know I was so scared as well my auntie phoned and asked if I was Ok because I walk across that same street everyday to get to uni and get my train home :/ Thank God I had finished up for Christmas because the accident happened at the time i'm usually coming home from Uni :( It just freaked me out that I'm always there in Glasgow and I could have been there.... Glad you are OK though!

Oh my...
Glad u guyz are okay... i feel sorry for the people who lost their lives... RIP... And it hurts that someo fhte people who died won't see the new year and what's to come of it... ;(
