The Ripening Committee assures the civilians of their country, the future of their children. Traditions are a significant part of humanity that represents the sophisication of intelligence and history, distinguishing humans from beasts. Thus, every two years, the public anticipates for the celebration of The Ripening. Candidates, carers and commoners all await for the the year round fesititives. However, down in the dark abyss of everything, sits one lone girl who no longer wishes for her existence and attempts to take her own life.

Concerned. Fearful. Alarmed.

She only has her carer by her side...
