If you have a tumblr account, simply tag your fanfic or fanart with #tlcshipweeks and post it on the day of that theme/pairing. Otherwise, go to tlcshipweeks tumblr and click the submit button.
You can be late in posting and you'd still get one point.
One point? Teheeehheee. Macmillan (TLC's publisher) is donating swag for this event! Two points for a themed submission, one point for a late themed submission and one point for a non-themed submission. It's not a contest, but you need points to be eligible for random draw.
