Example Application

Name: Do Kyungsoo (EXO)

Character Age: 20

Personality:

Kyungsoo is headstrong and extremely stubborn, not to mention a little too courageous for his own good. He's often seen as reckless and rash, taking unnecessary risks without first considering the consequences. He saves his own skin by being a quick thinker, and manages to get out of most disastrous situations using his resourcefulness. His determined nature and unwavering sense of independence causes him to pull away from others  — even when he desperately needs their help.

Skills:

What he lacks in strength, he makes up for in speed. Kyungsoo is exceptionally light on his feet. Combining his agility with his innate sense of direction, he can easily navigate through the impossible terrain and, more importantly, find his way back. He also has the uncanny ability to avoid detection, slipping in and out of places without ever truly existing.

Backstory: (It does not need to be as long as this.)

Kyungsoo stumbled across the rocks, clutching his side as he staggered towards the forest. He could feel his own blood gushing from the wound, trickling down his fingers every time he took a breath. A groan of agony slipped from his lips as he tried to hurry his pace. The Reapers, a ruthless clan who ruled over the ruins of the city, were after him. To their credit though, he probably deserved it. Everyone had been warned to stay away from their territory but their camp had an abundance of food and supplies, things Kyungsoo desperately needed. If they refused to share, then he was going to steal them — one way or another.

What had started off as a brilliant plan turned out to be a big mistake. He had been in the middle of stuffing his backpack full of smoked meat when he heard footsteps behind him. Fast reflexes had saved his life, but he realized that nothing was worth the sharp pain of a blade tearing through his flesh — not even fresh venison. If they caught up to him now, Kyungsoo was as good as dead. His best bet was to try to lose them in the trees.

He crashed through the thick bushes and pushed himself onward, scanning the overgrowth for a decent place to hide. He wasn't able to get very far before his body pitched forward. Kyungsoo collapsed onto his hands and knees with a soft thud, his vision blurring and his limbs numb. He didn't know why he was fighting so hard to stay awake. Wouldn't it be easier if things ended like this? The last of his strength faltered and he fell onto his side, curling up helplessly on the ground as the leaves were stained in red. Just before he lost all consciousness, Kyungsoo thought he heard someone murmuring in his ear. He couldn't quite make out the words, but the rise and fall of the other's voice was oddly comforting. He finally succumbed to the darkness with a sense of peace — no longer hurting nor afraid.

The next time Kyungsoo opened his eyes, he was greeted by the unfamiliar blue fabric of a tent. The bright sunlight filtering through the seams caused him to squint as he carefully surveyed the surroundings. 'Where am I?' Judging by the throbbing ache in his side, he was still very much alive. But this certainly wasn't the hospitality of the Reapers. A sudden movement from outside had Kyungsoo jumping up despite his injuries, earning him a wince along with a slight grimace. His hand automatically reached for his knife — only to find that it wasn't there. The person who had entered looked just as surprised as Kyungsoo felt, but for obviously different reasons.

"Oh, you're awake!"

"Who the hell are you?"
