PDs tricked Jackson into thinking his mother had come to visit and got him all excited for their hidden camera prank. Jackson's mother is sick but he had to leave her for two years for his career in Korea. It ended up being Lee Guk Joo.

Yeah I watched that. Screw them man. It's already hard for foreign idols, but they just had to do this to him for variety. How mean can they get? Jackson couldn't even do anything in fear of getting bashed.

Did he actually cry? I saw the episode and all they showed was him being disappointed. But I agree, they should invite his mom for a visit to make it up to him.

Yeah I agree...so sad...He really loves his family too T^T
But I saw on another article that he actually did call his mom afterwards and it was really sweet~<3 everyone tried speaking some cantonese words to her too. hopefully the PDs will actually invite her next time as an apology.
