Rhian was born on the 5th of April in 1995 inheriting the blood of a Bahamian-American and Filipino mixed mother and a Korean father. Her biological father was killed in a car accident three months prior to her birth while her mother died during labor due to a placental rupture. She never met her parents and was immediately put in the Isaac Children's home in Uljeongbu. The people who ran the orphanage blessed her because they weren't sure if she would be able to get adopted since she was of mixed race. They thought to send her to Itaewon or Seoul facilites since there was a little more foreign diversity in the larger cities but their worries weren't long-lived. A Welsh couple came in, a woman with blonde hair, blue eyes (Lynne) and Korean man (Aeron) met her when she was three months. Lynne fell in love with Rhian the first moment she held her in her arms and had to have her as a her own. Lynne loved children but couldn't concieve any of her own because she is an ovarian cancer survivor so adoption was the only option to her. The Na family decided to go through with her adoption and took all the necessary precedures and by the time Rhian was 8 months old, she was officially adopted. Rhian looks back through the events of her life and felt that God allowed her to meet this couple, her parents, because he was watching over her.

She lived a life full of leisure and easiness with the Nas, briefly living in Bradford, England before moving to Cardiff even getting a little sister when Lynne and Aeron adopted a two year old Madison from Thailand when she was six. She made many friends from her neighborhood, had fantastic teachers, lived in a really nice house, yet when her teen years hit, Rhian went through a rebellious phase. It was her need to search or learn more about her identity. She felt like a canvas stripped of the color, the past of her biological parents. She felt so angry, sad, confused but she wrote it down. Poems upon poems full of words expressing her thoughts before she put a background beat to them. It was then that she embraced the true color of hiphop, expressing the mind in a verbal art form. She really stuck with it, going to the underground rap scene in Wales, winning competition because she didn't have many challengers to go against. She had a versatile flow that went from slow and sensual to fast paced and heart pounding. Her parents supported her being into rap, as long as it wasn't something more dangerous, and encouraged her. While on vacation in London after she graduated from high school, she was surprisingly scouted by SM and that started it all.

first meeting: They met when Rhian was a trainee at SM. A lot of the other trainees thought she was cute because of her demure features, small face, and big eyes even though she had tan skin. He thought she was standoff-ish but seeing Seulgi make such an effort to get to know her and the subtle smile on Rhian's face, Jongin learned that she must've been shy but not uptight. He went over to talk to her and bother Seulgi and she was easy to talk to. From then on it became a thing for the three of them to hang out together until her departure from SM.

interactions: When Rhian and Jongin hung out with each other, it was easy going and not forced. They both loved chicken so they made it a mission to go out and eat the food together. They also went to the movies, sporting events, etc., together. Rhian always teased the visual about having a new girlfriend, one that made exasperated him to no end. She also got a long really well with Kris but he was sometimes a lone wolf, and Tao, but his Korean and her Mandarin so communication wasn't the best. SM trained her so she could be a dancer for the group but her heart lied more towards rapping which they didn't really push for her to enhance. Soon, she parted ways with SM and went to Indie and it felt right. They helped her hone and grow as a rapper but also as an artist. She made some really close friends who had the same strive as her and made her feel right at home.
