Week 1 of work...

One thing I’ve learnt while working in Food Service is this…

Cherish the nice customers, the customers who smile when you smile at them, hold a conversation with you, don’t complain about how long their meat is taking to cook, the ones who thank you once the order gets to them, who smile and wave when they leave the restaurant later on once they’ve eaten… because they are few and far between and they make my day so much better.

If you are one of these people, I freaking love you so much.
