She is known to be intelligent, despite being a troublemaker in her high school days she gets excellent marks, she could have been a Valedictorian (as told from her teachers) but her attitude was a problem at that time.

She is known to have so many friends because she likes mingling and if she's someone lonely she would make the first move. She never liked seeing someone alone, even if it's a new student in school she often would volunteer to tour them around, so she ended up being Ms. Popular back then.

Since she was a troublemaker, she started changing after the incident. She had to carry all those burden; but then at the time when her family started having financial problems, both her parents lost their jobs during the recession and at that time she was in her 1st year college. She started working secretly for the sake of her family, since she had caused a lot of problems for her family this was the only way she could do to make it up for them. She had 2 part-time jobs at that time since she had to handle college life as well. She does a simple work at a small mart as a cashier in the afternoon then works as a waitress until midnight. She was even willing to stop studying just to raise enough money for the family but her brother (who knew it from the beginning) stopped her. He had a secure job as an engineer but to Seyoon it was not enough for the four.

As shown above, she doesn’t know how to express her feelings so well especially her family. So often she hide her true feelings and play off as a rude towards them. She couldn’t control her feelings and often mistaken as the bad guy in the family. But her way of true feelings was through her actions including physical attack. She has a short temper and is in trouble all the time. She would always pick a fight even if the person was 5 times bigger than her. It all started out when her ex revealed about himself to his family (with a help of Seyoon by his side), his father did not accept him and right there he slapped his own son in front of her face. He started to abuse him in which Seyoon couldn’t take it anymore and slapped him. She was furious at the disgraceful father, she would have beaten him into a pulp if he wasn’t like a father to her.

⟪ BACKGROUND ⟫

She knew Do Kyungsoo since they were neighbors, often times she would always or bully him because one: he looked innocent, an easy looking victim. two: he was quite annoying, always bothering her may it be a play date or wake up for school. and three: he's interesting. Every time she harshly told him to leave him, he just stubbornly stick beside her at all times. She likes bossing him around as well. She only bullies him to the extent of verbal, never physical. Besides, she was told to never hurt Kyungsoo from the start, both parents knew she hated him but it's just a phase.

Somehow in elementary, when she had gain friends, she was the leader of the little clique. So as a leader, everybody follows the leader. They would bully Kyungsoo as well, but it had turn quite a turn when one of the girls had to push Kyungsoo off the swing set. This had turn into an ugly relationship between Seoyoon and Kyungsoo.

As they move on to high school, she completely turned into a troublemaker. Often coming home late, hanging out with the wrong people and nearly entered juvie. The bullying continued She often asks him for money or do simply things for her such as get a can of coke for her. But not as worse when she encountered Kyungsoo and a bunch of college freshmen. He looked so easy that he was often in trouble, but at that moment Seoyoon witnessed Kyungsoo being tormented. Hit after hit, she couldn't stomach in the whole scene and all she could was run away; yet she was able to call the police on time. Unfortunately, the freshmen ran away.

From that day on, she could never look at Kyungsoo. Her past and the incident tormented her every night; the guilt builds up within her. When she could have helped him instead of running away, telling on the police was not enough and the fact that the freshmen had successfully escaped when they should have been reported. She also stopped bullying him, whenever she saw him just a few meters away from her, she often fled. Her friends had already left her when started to act differently, she didn't want to hang out with them nor even called them. She did this on purpose for them to leave her and she had isolated herself from so many people.

Seoyoon now works as a full time preschool teacher in Happy Home Nursery. She studied Elementary Education in Ewha Womans University.

⟪ HER REACTION TO THE PROPOSAL ⟫

I had a mix of emotions:
1. I was uncomfortable
2. This is so strange
3. It's a scary idea
4. I feel honored... at some point

Uncomfortable: why is he asking for my help? Of all girls in this country, he chose me!
Strange: Because I am his worse enemy... He's the last person I would see.
Scary: I don't like the idea of faking as his wife. Since this is a very very serious problem. I never knew he would go this far for someone he loves.
Honored: I'm chosen of all girls... *nods*
 

⟪ THE REASON ⟫

It has been months ever since Do Kyungsoo comes to pick Yuna up. He was always so cheerful picking her up. But for the first time after so long, he was starting to seem... anxious? The feeling I always knew back in those days, so I purposely always leave work early or busy myself in the office, because I thought he was scared of me.

But meeting with him, made me realize why he was acting so strange for the past few months. He was in fighting for child custody. He explained that his little sister (Do Raeni) passed away in a tragic car accident along with his brother-in-law (Lee Shihyun). So he had taken the initiative to take care of her. However, Jung Haebyul (mother of the Lee Shihyun) did not accept this thus filing a child custody. Haebyul felt it would be better to have a mother figure for Yuna and she didn’t trust Kyungsoo to handle a young girl.

The only way he could convinced her is that he is going to get married soon and that his wife is going to move in with him to take care of the child together. It seemed ridiculous, but the fact that he is going to lose another family member, it's painful really.

Other than that he said, "One: Yuna really likes you, so it's better have someone she likes. Two: You are good with kids. Three: You're the girl I could think of" while turning beet red.

⟪ PERSONALITY ⟫

Do Kyungsoo may look like one of those harmless and easy guy on earth, being squishy with those wide innocent eyes; that has an advantage, because in reality he is the one with great wealth and not to mention he has his secret deadly fighting skills.

Even though he has great wealth, he still one of the sweetest guy with a dash of sly. He often likes playing with Seyoon’s feelings because it seems amusing to watch someone who bullied him, becomes scared of him. It was not what he wanted but he just likes it.

Just like Seyoon, he doesn’t often show his feelings unless it’s little Yuna, of course. He puts Yuna as his first priority and becomes really over-protective of her.

⟪ INTERACTIONS ⟫

"THE LOVE-HATE GAME"
It's always awkward between the both. Living under the same roof. Even though they share the same room and bed, technically, they don't share the bed. Seoyoon will be sleeping on the bed, while Kyungsoo sleeps on the ground with another mattress.

There also times when they always have heated argument, as well as childish ones. When a heated argument comes up, Seoyoon suddenly remembers what she did to him and ends up apologizing to him to end the argument, even though it may hurt herself emotionally when it's not her fault. She would walk away from him and not talk until she has finally calmed down. 

Kyungsoo on the other hand couldn’t understand her. There are times where she would pick a fight with him and other times where she would not talk to him and avoid him. At first, he ignored this weird personality of hers but slowly he felt the urge to reach out to her and help her with the problems, he just wanted to comfort her but they had a deal to have no feelings towards each other or any other kinds of form of relationship unless it’s the public eye.
 

⟪ THE MEETING ⟫

It so happened in Happy Home Nursery. Just one day out of the blue, Do Kyungsoo requested an appointment with Han Seoyoon. He knows that this was never going to work out, but this was his only hope. During the meeting it had not gone well: it was full of awkward silence and, of course, he had foreseen this. She declined the request. He knew that this was a stupid idea and so left hopeless. However, the very same day she had called him. Asking if they could meet again, to discuss about the issue earlier. He felt ridiculously happy because she had reconsider the idea.

⟪ THE ENDING⟫

The man who could not express his feelings so well, he was in love with her the whole time and he didn't want to lose her. When she started avoiding him during high school, he misses her presence and had been chasing after her. Ever since she moved out of her parents house, he had been looking for her.

And ever since she had left his house, he had to chase her all over again. He had asked the whole nursery to be part of his little plan. He wanted to propose to her properly this time. The minute she comes to work, she wasn't in the mood at that time, feeling empty and sad. But the minute she stepped inside the nursery, it was strangely empty. Not even the scream of children was heard.

Until she hear singing: right out at the back of the nursery. Every student had given her flowers, strangely making a giant bouquet in her hands. Last but not least, Do Kyungsoo had his little solo (in which is one of her favorite songs from her phone).

She half-jokingly asked, "What's next you're going to propose to me?" on cue, he took out the box "You ruined the moment, sweetie." he replied and he bend down on his knee.

"Well, will you marry me, Ms. Han?"

Quite a bit emotionally sensitive, "Yes, of course, I will you, idiot! What took you so long!" bursting into tears of joy just as he slipped the ring into the same finger.

"You're the idiot." He said but immediately kissed him to shut up.
