♡ ⋮ Who's that girl? Since birth, Mirae has never dyed her hair and has ever since, preserved her dark brown hair. Mirae used to have a very chubby face. Her cheeks would contain a lot of fat. But through SM's excessive training program and her love for sports and excercise, she has lose almost all of the fat that used to dominate her cheek or her overall face. Mirae's best feature are located in her lips. Mirae's body can't exactly be called petite. Mirae is okay and is comfortable with her body shape; she never really liked seeing idols who were singing and dancing on stage like a skeleton. Mirae was gifted with smooth and milky skin from her mother's genes. Mirae's bust-waist-hip measurement is 32-25-35, all in centimeter. Though she got her bust-waist-hip measured, Mirae doesn't understand what the measurement results will be used for.
♡ ⋮ Let's discover the wonders that is Jung Mirae... Another unique feature on Mirae is her eyes. They tend to give off a cold and untouchable feel to them, making her look a bit unfriendly. But once you pay attention more to her, you will realize that that is how Mirae communicates most of the time; through eye contact. They say that the eye is the door to one's soul; well, that works with Mirae alright. Mirae has taken plastic surgery twice; it was not to change something, but to remove something. Mirae's chin used to be have a protuded chin. Mirae was told by her trainer to remove it because it made her face uneven. After she had removed her chin, it made her face look more even. However, there was one more problem that caused her to undergo surgery again; her dark circles. Unfortunately for Mirae, she was given her father's prominent dark circles. So even though Mirae has gotten enough sleep, her dark circles stay dark. This annoyed both the trainers and Mirae. Mirae had agreed to go under the knive again. Now, when you look upon Mirae's face, you would see an even face without dark circles.

Mirae is that kind of girl that avoids any type of makeup at all costs, but will accept its presence on her face if it's a command from a stylist or a friend or a family member. Mirae is more attracted to skincare because her skin is important to her. For skincare, Mirae (again) loves Etude House for their wide range of products. Mirae just loves to apply skincare after stripping her makeup. Mirae usually applies Etude House's Moistfull White Cream. Mirae also uses the Pearl Aura Brightening Essence if she doesn't want to feel cream applied on her face.Mirae also has Collage Eye Patches to put under her eye to try and reduce the dark circles forming under her eye due to lack of sleep. She also has the Royal Class Gel Mask Sheet. For eyecare, Mirae has her trusty Eye's Cream Mint Cooling from Etude House.

Mirae is said to have a very nice fashion sense. she likes to dress according to the seasons. in spring, she likes to wear floral patterns or she wears a floral themed accessory. she also likes to keep her outfits a soft or light color. during fall or autumn, miraemixes up in warm clothes like sweaters or cardigans with a skirt or leggings (when she's wearing a skirt, she usually wears stockings underneath). mirae usually keeps her autumn accessories simple with a plain watch and a bracelet. for summer, mirae tries to dress apropriately but still fitting for summer. she usually wears less layers and more thinner clothes. for summer, she only wears bracelets. in winter, mirae goes all out with the warm clothes. she usually wears a sweater or a long-sleeved shirt. over it, she wears a really thick jacket. for shoes, mirae likes to wear sneakers the most. for accessories, she rarely wears earrings or necklace. she also likes to wear snapbacks during summer to protect her head from the sun. mirae is a bit of a tomboy so she rarely wears skirts. she will only wear them if she feels like it.

♡ ⋮ "don't let them in, don't let them see..." mirae is reserved, as in she doesn't share her feelings, emotions, or thoughts with most people except for her friends. mirae has never been the one to put her trust in people easily. she can only trust people who she knows from a long time ago like her friends but other than that, nobody. mirae is someone who has trust issues. she always had this thought that if she tells someone she barely knows her problems, they would look upon her oddly and avoid her. mirae can only depend on her closest friends for her problems and insecurities. mirae has always bee searching for people who would accept her for her flaws and mistakes, her advantages, and her problems. mirae knows it's wrong to choose friends but she's afraid that her new friends or some of her new friends might feel that "oh, jung mirae is really odd" or "ew, why are you insecure?" and leave or avoid her.
♡ ⋮ "some nice reflexes, you got there..." mirae is quick-witted. quick-witted doesn't mean that she's funny or humorous. it means that mirae has sharp reflexes. mirae was born with the ability to be able to react fast to things. mirae will be able to respond quickly to any change of situation. mirae will be able to adapt quickly. mirae doesn't really like to brag about her quick-witted trait, but she is proud of being quick-witted. she likes the fact that she is able to think or respond quickly or effectively to a situation. but due to her introverted self, mirae will have trouble figuring out if what she did was right or wrong.
♡ ⋮ "the spirit of the hawk resides within her..." mirae is observant, she is a really detail oriented person. her attention to detail is really spot on. mirae likes to observe people, as well. mirae observes people and will study them. she pays attention to their height, posture, way of speech, and habits. further more than that, mirae is really careful when interacting with people because of this trait of hers. from the way someone speaks, mirae can tell if that person can make a good friend or not. mirae's trust issues kick in here. she's also quick to notice things like whether that person has had a bad day or whether that person is having a problem. her quick-witted trait will compliment her hawk eyes.
♡ ⋮ "i'm in my dream~!" mirae is imaginative. mirae is able to think outside the box. though her introverted self will get in her way of trying to do things her way, mirae can be considered the dreamer of the bunch. mirae has wide imagination. mirae can always explain or describe a situation to the very last detail when writing a story or a scenario, her description of the ongoing situation will make it possible for readers to fully imagine the scene. mirae's imaginative sense will be handy when writing songs. the lyrics she produces are often meaningful and emotional. mirae can be considered a poetic person. she has really high standards or expectation for love, by the way.
♡ ⋮How much is too much? you will find mirae's on screen personality to be quite different from her usual self. mirae is more open and active in front of the camera. not that it says in front of the camera, because once the cameras are off, mirae will go back to being the usual her. mirae is quite the awkward turtle when she's on variety shows. but most people find her awkwardness to be quite charming and fresh. most people will see mirae as hardworking and charismatic during stages and performances, but awkward during shows. mirae might not be able to make people laugh with funny jokes and gags, but she's able to lighten up the mood with her awkward timings and odd sense of humor. on shows that require physical strength like running man, mirae can be the person whose quiet or awkward but is serious during games or missions.

♡ ⋮forgive me if my words hurt you in any way. mirae's father is now someone who mirae respects. all her life, mirae has been told by her father to make sure she protects his reputation. despite this, mirae always talks back or rebels. lately, mirae has realized that her father has always been patient with her and she would always be the person to test his patient. mirae had never realized what her father had done for her and her brother so they can live peacefully. mirae used to be so naive and so childish that she didn't realized what her personality has done to her father's honorable reputation as one of the best doctors in seoul. mirae had never really been the expert of apologizing so she could never really say sorry to her father oftenly. mirae feels a bit bad now because she has regretted all the times she spent talking back or rebels at her father; she realized the sacrifices he has made for his family and the tough decisions that he took.

♡ ⋮i love a lot, mother. choi hyerin was a born-and-raised only child in seoul. hyerin met her soon-to-be husband at her sister's wedding. her sister had introduced hyerin to her soon-to-be husband, minhyuk. the two struck a chord when they found out that they both were finishing their education to become a doctor. now, in the age of 45, hyerin is a doctor at one of the most recommended hospitals in seoul alond side her husband. hyerin is now a mother of two children. to mirae, hyerin is the most greatest mother in the whole world. hyerin was always there for mirae. she had always took care of her. mirae had never talked back to her mother, however. it's because mirae and her mother have been really close ever since her childhood days. hyerin was also the one who had helped mirae sign up for dancing lessons.

♡ ⋮when i met you during recess. jinri and mirae met in middle school or junior high school. during recess, jinri had saw that mirae was staring aimlessly out the window with her chin on her hand. this triggered something in jinri. jinri tapped mirae's shoulder to get her attention. mirae just sighed and went back to staring aimlessly. jinri pouted, finally figuring out the reason why mirae was dubbed the "frozen rebel". jinri decided to pull a seat near mirae and did what mirae did; stare aimessly out the window. jinri couldn't continue doing what mirae did; she couldn't understand how mirae could do it for such a long period of time. then, jinri decided to start up a conversation with mirae. mirae always replied with short answers but jinri was feeling persistent that day and continued to try and open up mirae's heart. after awhile, mirae started to reply with more than just a short answer. jinri and mirae ended up talking to each other a lot; jinri had achieved something that nobody at her school could ever do which was opening mirae's heart.
♡ ⋮my leaning tower of jinri. the two had also been paired up for some assignments because mirae's personality balances jinri's personality. now, they are both 24 years old and they are currently roomates at the trainee dorm. when the two meet, they are like glue and paper; it's hard to separate the two. the two tell each other anything and they will always be able to trust each other. jinri is one of the significant people in mirae's life that mirae trusts, jinri will always be there when mirae's having a bad day. jinri can be considered a secret keeper. jinri and mirae treat each other like sisters; they can fight occasionally, they make up, and they feel like they can't live without each other.

♡ ⋮ thank you for being born, mirae-yah. going back in time to the time where jung mirae was born in the year 1993 on december 13th in nam-gu, gwangju, south korea. during that time, there was no storm or rain. mirae was born along the falling of snow and snowflakes. along the hallway of the hospital floor, you can hear family members of other patients talk about their plans for the upcoming christmast. mirae was born 2 days earlier than planned. it was a great night for the married couple of choi hyerin and jung minhyuk. they've been gifted a daughter. mirae was born through surgery. through this unexpected birth, close relatives came from almost all over south korea to celebrate the birth of a new family member. when asked the name of the child, choi hyerin answered "mirae" with the reason that "mirae" means "future" and she wishes that her daughter can do great things when she grows up to be a beautiful woman.
♡ ⋮ the future beautiful woman who became a rebel. well, mirae grew up to be a rebel. she talks back to her father or rebels against her father a lot. her father had always told her to be the best or to work more harder. mirae thought of his words as pressuring and not encouraging at all; but instead, pressuring her to do as he say. when mirae does rebel, her mother always comforts her father and tells him to be patient. her father had tried to himself down because he thought that once mirae becomes more older and mature, she would understand the things that he said were for a reason. mirae always hated when parents or teachers use the "for your own good" card. it gets old and annoying. at school, mirae was the so-called "frozen rebel". she's called by this nickname because her first impressions are as cold as ice, almost frozen. mirae had always been rebellious at school; she had never really grew close to any of her friends and she preferred to stay alone; she was in her own world, at times. this was until she met jinri in the 1st year of middle school.
♡ ⋮ congrats, you're a noona now! mirae's brother jung minho was born on february 10th 1996. since mirae was born in december, this causes the two to have a 3 year age difference. minho was born in a cool morning alongside the chirping birds. minho was also born through surgery. mirae and her father had stayed the night at the hospital since if mirae was left at home, nobody would look after her. minho's birth was celebrated by close relatives and friends of the two parents. anyways, minho was born in the same hospital mirae was born in. this time, the hallways were filled with young feamle employees or nurses talking about their valentines' day plans. the name minho was decided by the father because he wanted his son to have a name similiar to his. the father reasoned that minho had the meaning "brightness" or "goodness" and he wanted his son to be a bright person that does good things in life.
♡ ⋮ every note i hit, every song i sing..mirae had suddenly grew an interest in music in her 2nd year of middle school. it was because of jinri's constant talks and mentions about shinhwa, dbsk and boa. jinri asked mirae if she could help her sing boa's atlantis princess. mirae agreed to jinri's plead. jinri was impressed when she heard mirae's voice; she had a really good voice. mirae then asked for her mother to help her sign up for singing lessons. mirae's mother agreed to do so because singing can be more than just a hobby for mirae. mirae then started taking singinglessons. at first, it was hard since it took almost 85% of her voice. a month after that, jinri had asked mirae to sing to see if she improved or not; well, mirae improved a lot. jinri had advised that mirae continue on singing; jinri said it felt right for mirae to sing, it looked like mirae had a natural talent for it.
♡ ⋮ the move to a better place. unfortunately, mirae had to leave her birthplace nam-gu for seoul. mirae had moved just a week after she picked up her middle school diploma. the reason as to why mirae had to move to seoul was because her father had found a better job there. it was also for mirae's sake; her parents found a better high school for her to attend that focuses on art. mirae's new school was called "school of performing arts seoul". mirae had to say goodbye to her beloved friend son jinri. the only reason why mirae felt like she didn't want to leave nam-gu was that she would have to say goodbye to jinri and the memories she made at nam-gu. nevertheless, mirae and jinri made a promise that they would have to meet each other again someday.
♡ ⋮ we meet again, son jinri. surprisingly, on her first day of school at her new school, mirae found out that there was a "son jinri" in the list of people that would be in her class. this made her wonder if the jinri in her class was the son jinri that befriended her back in nam-gu. she was shocked when she found a girl that looked very similiar to the son jinri she had parted ways with. the said girl was seated near the window, reading a book. the empty seat next to her looked tempting for mirae. mirae took that tempting seat and tapped the girl's shoulder. the girl looked at mirae and her eyes became wide. "mirae-yah!" and that's how they were united. the two were happy to see each other after being separated. turns out, jinri's father was promoted to his office's seoul branch so jinri and her family members tagged along.

♡ ⋮ let's do this together, friend.mirae and jinri had decided to go audition for cube in 2010. the two had planned their audition for a while. mirae had danced to boa's atlantis princess and sang younha's promise. mirae and jinri had both got in on their first try which was really touching for mirae. even after being a trainee, mirae lives with her family. well, that was when she was still a high school student.
♡ ⋮ the modern times. she is currently living in her own apartement with jinri as her roomate and minho . her mother told her to stay because minho needed someone to take care of him when the parent's are out but being a born rebel, mirae declined and moved to her own living space thank to her father. it's now minho that has to take care of his sister. minho thinks of this as a task he had to do since mirae has been taking good care of him ever since he was young. minho was the one that always runs errands for mirae and would sometimes take care of her when she's feeling under the weather. jinri is also one who takes care of mirae during her times of need.
♡ ⋮ twinkle, twinkle my little star. upon entering cube, mirae was nervous. she had never predicted her small dream of music could get her into an agency in the industry. mirae knew it wouldn't be easy going through the training program. she knew she would have to overwork her body and sleep for a couple of hours. despite this, mirae thought about her family. she has came so far along the road and it would be a shame to quit now, when the chance is just right in front of her. it was a good thing jinri was there with her to help her steady herself whenever she's about to give up. mirae had worked hard. mirae knew this was not a place of fun and games. actually, mirae had became very pressured after entering the company. mirae could feel the pressure slowly eating her away. it was thanks to jinri, her brother and seokjin [will be clarified more later] that she could withstand it. mirae had gone through so many things like constant diets, plastic surgery, lack of sleep, and much more. mirae can go on and on about her hardships, but she doesn't. mirae knows that in an environment as intense as that, there is no room for being a weak naive complaining crybaby. mirae knew she had to it up.
♡ ⋮ heaven knows i've tried. how mirae was able to finish high school and go on to majoring in art and design at korea university is still a mystery to her. mirae had planned on taking leave from school, same goes for jinri. but something in mirae took over and she ended up having to balance her school work and her training. most trainees underestimated mirae due to her ice-like facade; most people doubted that she will be able to debut. even if she debuted, most people say that she'll be the member with the least popularity among fans. even trainers say that mirae has a slim chance of debuting. mirae hates the fact that most people understimate her; this causes her to become more pressured.
♡ ⋮ the old switcharoo. mirae had been moved from cube to the main entertainment of cube and big hit, jyp. now, mirae was scared as hell because she has heard many things about jyp's training method; harsh.

♡ ⋮sports. mirae is a tomboy and she loves sports.she's not afraid to break a nail or a manicure. her favorite sport is basketball, it's how she got her height up to 167cm.
♡ ⋮herbal tea. mirae finds them relaxing or soothing. once she takes a sip of herbal tea, she will start to feel more calm and collected. her favorite tea, however, is chamomile tea.
♡ ⋮books. mirae and books go a long way back. it was her mother who loved to tell her stories of knights and princesses when she was little. ever since then, mirae has been immersed in book reading and has grew an interest towards book writing. you know what they say, books are the window to any knowledge.
♡ ⋮the internet. mirae thanks whoever made the internet because now, she can read books online and download music thanks to the almighty internet.
♡ ⋮pasta. any kind of pasta will send her flying to cloud nine like lasagna, angel hair, ravioli, and gnocchi. her mother is a great cook and she has been cooking pasta for mirae and her brother ever since they were both little.
♡ ⋮coffee shops. they are a perfect place for mirae to chill out by herself. mirae likes to bring her laptop to a coffee shop near her and jinri's apartement, sit down near the window and a socket, plug her laptop
♡ ⋮autumn. that is her favorite season, autumn. autumn is full of that nostalgic and mellow feel. during autumn, lots of artists release ballads or slightly sad songs. mirae also loves autumn for its foliage. it sets the mood perfectly. also, the weather for autumn is not too hot but not too cold either.

♡ ⋮bad internet connection. mirae despises bad internet connection. it ruins her mood. like for example, she's trying to look at a video on youtube but suddenly the internet connection at her and jinri's apartement breaks or lessen. mirae is really attached to her internet so bad internet connection is like her weakness.
♡ ⋮selcas or selfies. mirae doesn't really like selcas or selfies. mirae sees people who take too many selcas or selfies as narcisstic. well, it's okay if it's like only 2-3 selcas or selfies. but other than that, mirae will call narcisstic.
♡ ⋮soda. mirae doesn't like soda because she doesn't like the feeling she gets when she takes a sip out of the bottle. she doesn't like the sizzling feeling she gets. she's okay with drinks like bubble tea but not soda. mirae will avoid consumin anything with soda in it.
♡ ⋮western music. mirae is not a big fan of western music for a few reasons. she hates the fact that most americans artists wear very little clothing on their bodies in their music videos and the fact that most western music is about boys, love, drugs, getting drunk, and s*x. mirae sticks true to her country's music.
♡ ⋮cliche or crappy storylines in movies or fanfictions. mirae doesn't really like fanfiction or movies that have a cliche or crappy storyline. mirae hates seeing the same thing or the same plotline in every fanfiction. mirae strives for things that are unique and one-of-a-kind. mirae loves originality
♡ ⋮makeup. mirae hates the feeling of makeup on her face. she doesn't understand how people can wear makeup. mirae tends to sweat a lot so having makeup on her face is awkward. mirae avoids makeup. she prefers skincare products because they're actually good for your skin.
♡ ⋮high heels. mirae hates the way high heels feel on her feet. maybe it's because she's more used to sneakers and flat shoes that when she swears high heels, her feet feel uncomfortable. mirae is afraid of falling when she walks in high heels. for that reason, mirae avoids high heels.

♡ ⋮the jung satoori. her father originates from nam-gu, gwangju, south korea while her mother was born and raised in seoul. growing up, mirae was accustomed to both the gwangju satoori and the seoul satoori [i wouldn't call it a satoori. maybe a seoul accent?]. through these two accents or satooris, mirae had combined them both to create "the jung satoori". mirae uses her "jung satoori" when she's talking to her parents and brother, jinri, and fellow peers.
♡ ⋮the cold ice jung. mirae usually gives off a cold vibe upon her meetings because mirae had built her walls a bit too high. it's okay once you have become accustom or become closer to her. but that's not most likely to happen because mirae doesn't really interact with people outside her really close circle of friends.
♡ ⋮the blank jungmi. mirae usually has a blank expression on her face due the fact that she might be thinking about something a little bit too much and also the fact that she likes to daydream about maybe a scene from her current favorite book or a scene from a current favorite movie.
♡ ⋮you ain't a songbird, sweety. mirae loves to hum her current favorite song or sing parts of her favorite song in public from time to time. mirae does this out of excitement or just for fun. though mirae might not have a good singing voice, she still sings some parts since she does it just for fun.

♡ ⋮drawing. whenever mirae's listening to music or reading a book or doing any activity for that matter, she is always inspired to draw whatever the lyrics of the song are trying to convey like for example; a breakup or a love confession.
♡ ⋮listening to music. this is her favorite free time activity. mirae loves songs that suit the season they were released in [it's like k.will did with "you don't know love"]. mirae just loves hearing a few of her favorite songs in her ear and dance along to the song at the same time.
♡ ⋮surfing the internet. mirae usually checks her social media and updates them. she also likes to check what's going on in the music industry like gossip, rumors, scandals, etc. mirae does this to keep up with the news.

♡ ⋮saying goodbye. mirae hates saying goodbye. she hates saying farewell to people she's close to thus she fears them. she will miss the times she had spent with them. she doesn't want to miss them and be sad so, instead of saying goodbye, mirae will say "until we meet again". mirae will never let herself say goodbye to anyone because she's afraid that if she says goodbye, she will never meet that person again.
♡ ⋮drowning. mirae is afraid of drowning. she doesn't like to swim because of this. she doesn't want to suddenly inhale an amount of water and not be able to move. she doesn't want to suddenly not be able to swim back up to the surface and die.
♡ ⋮meeting new people. mirae has trust issue so she will be afraid to meet new people. she's worried of making a bad impression on new people. mirae will build her walls especially high for the new people she meets.

♡ ⋮dream on, little mirae. mirae's ideal type is a man who can listen to her and help her with her problems. likes someone who is loyal and not that kind of person who dates just for fun; she wants someone to take their relationship seriously. she would say bangtan's jin if asked who her ideal type is among the male idols.
♡ ⋮i got two hands and i can use them both. she is ambidextrous, meaning that she can use both her right and left hand to write.

♡ ⋮call 911! mirae has fainted before in early 2012 and in september 2014. in early 2012, she fainted due to being overworked, stress and she wasn't getting enough rest. in september 2014, mirae fainted due to low blood pressureand slight ulcer or maag (i don't know which is right).
♡ ⋮so much for loyalty to your nation's technology. mirae has an iphone 5 ( silver with this case ) and an hp laptop ( white ). the reason why she has no samsung phones or laptops is that mirae doesn't understand how a samsung works and she prefers apple and hp over samsung.

♡ ⋮kill me now, bae. ever since she has finished reading the maze runner series (the kill order included), mirae has been waiting for the movie because she loves minho in the book and she loves the actor playing minho in the movie a.k.a kihong lee (or in korean format, lee hongki). she's a really big fangirl of kihong lee, it's not a joke. when she watched the movie with jinri and her brother, everytime his face was on the scree, she died.

♡ ⋮the typical kim seokjin. seokjin is strong and silent. in the first instance, seokjin comes across as extremely quiet and reserved person. only after you get close to him will you have a proper conversation, rather than simple monologues. he moves deliberately and is as steady as a rock. once seokjin has made up his mind, it is impossible to move him even slightly. if you leave him alone, seokjin will come across as a very easygoing person. if you push seokjin, he becomes stubborn. if you are still trying to make him budge, beware of the violent temper. seokjin is hardly impulsive and never gets angry without a reason. infact, he has the perfect control over his emotions. however, when seokjin does get angry, it is better not to get in the way or you are bound to get trampled. the anger also takes time to come down.
♡ ⋮i see it now. one of the typical personality traits of kim seokjin is passivity. you can count on him to be there when you need him, but he will never be the one to call on you. at the same time, he will know 'what to do' and 'how to do it'. worrying, fretting or getting nervous is definitely not one of seokjin's characteristics. it is in his nature to be stable and stoic. he takes his decisions slowly, after careful considerations. seokjin loves his home and change upsets them. don't tell seokjin that he's stubborn; he'll never believe it. he thinks himself to be patient, not obstinate. seokjin has this amazing quality of bearing emotional and physical pain, even for years, without grieving or complaining. the more the troubles come pouring in, the stronger he will come out to be. seokjin is nothing if not loyal and dedicated to his family and friends.

♡ ⋮the coffee shop we met in. The two met among the falling of autumn leaves and the foliages of autumn in 2010. They met in a very odd way. The two met at a coffee shop near Cheongcham-dong. Seokjin was there with his trainee friends after a tiring day training while Mirae was relaxing. Now, Mirae wasn't alone; she was with Jinri at this time. In the coffee shop, Jinri had ordered her and Mirae's favorite drink; a caramel latte. When their drinks were called by the name of "Son Jin" (From Jinri's surname and the first word from her name), Mirae went to pick it up. When Mirae went to the counter, she had found out that their drinks have been picked up already by a Kim Seokjin. Mirae then told Jinri. Jinri told her to just go confront the person before they finish their drinks. Mirae confronts this Kim Seokjin; with a hesitating look, of course. She managed to find this Kim Seokjin and tell him "That's not your drinks, sorry. It was supposed to be for me and my friend." while pointing at the drink. Seokjin flashed a smile and said "Oh, I'm sorry. I thought I heard my name being called. I was about to return them but my friends had drank them already. f you and your friend want to, I can buy you guys another drink." Mirae nodded. Seokjin was about to ask Mirae's name when suddenly, Jinri made a special appearence and barged in. "OH MY GOSH IT'S SEOKKIE SEOKKIE!" she said really loud. Mirae shut her off with a signature glare. Seokjin's eyes went wide and he replied loudly as well "RIN RIN NOONA~!". The two shook hands and had a weird squishy mushy reunion. Meanwhile Mirae just kept putting on a straight face until Jinri told her "Mirae, this is Seokjin. He's a friend of my brother at Big Hit." Mirae nodded and saw Seokjin's smile resurface. "I think you two are going to get along well, right Seokjin?" Jinri said. Seokjin looked into Mirae's eyes for a moment while saying "I think so, too." Then Seokjin kept his promise of buying Jinri and Mirae their drinks, this time it's under the name "Kim Jinrae" (the combination of Kim Seokjin, Son Jinri, and Jung Mirae).
♡ ⋮let's start from the beginning. mirae and seokjin were really awkward around each other in real life. they became close through texts and phone calls. when they are face-to-face with each other, there is only awkward silence among them. the two would end up laughing due to sheer awkwardness. the two would never have thought that they would end up dating each other since they were so awkward with each other. it all started with a simple dare from jinri's brother (whose name is jinhyuk). he dared seokjin to send a message saying "saranghae~" to a close female friend under one condition, he can't send the mesage to jinri. seokjin send the message to mirae instead. mirae sent a reply immediately saying "are you for real?". seokjin didn't know how to reply. seokjin replied a "maybe~". the two continued to text each other meanwhile jinri's brother smiled as jinri's plan to bring the two more closer to together worked. that's when seokjin came to realize that he should be more open with mirae when they're face-to-face; they can't always converse through text. if he wants to break the awkward feel around them, he has to be more open and active.
♡ ⋮so...we're closer now, right? mirae and seokjin started to open up around each other after that "saranghae" incident. seokjin would always be very kind and affectionate (still in a friends way) towards mirae. mirae liked the new side of seokjin she saw when they meet. seokjin also braved himself to iniate skinship towards her like hugging and holding hands. though theskinship was a bit sudden for mirae, she felt something in her. this was the first time mirae has ever had skinship with another guy other than her family members; it was exciting and confusing. mirae liked this feeling. seokjin also started to question her on things like love, relationships, and boys. mirae had honestly answered the questions. they have nicknames for each other that they made; mirae's being "sarang" and seokjin's being "jinnie-rang". the reason they made the nicknames in the first place was so that the two can grow closer through them.
♡ ⋮it feels like you're mine, but you're not. after awhile, the two started to have a "dtr". they were like baro and dasom in soyu x jungiggo's "some" mv. now that you get the gist of their relationship, you can see how much they're grown close to each other. when you see mirae and seokjin, you would've thought that they're a couple instead of a couple of "questionable" friends. the two are very affectionate towards each other. when you compare them now to when they first met, you would be surprised. anyways, it's pretty obvious that the two like each other but were not brave enough to confess. this led to their "dtr".
♡ ⋮put an end to this dtr. on 13th february 2012, seokjin was preparing for his debut and his friend min yoongi suddenly comes up to him. he says "hyung, if you have someone special in your heart, go and get her before it's too late. before you are consumed by tiring schedules and constant stages. just go and tell her you love her, hyung." seokjin asked yoongi why he said that. yoongi answered "because i know you have that special someone, i can see it. i once had that feeling, but i failed to get her. i just don't want you to end up like me. good luck, hyung." seokjin smiled, admiring his fellow member's words. he was convinced that it was time to confess to mirae, before it was too late.
♡ ⋮my feelings for you are love, love, love. the next day, on valentines' day, seokjin called mirae over to the coffee shop in which they met the first time. as mirae entered, she was led to the same table she sat with jinri the first time they met. suddenly there was a waiter that gave her a caramel latte with a heart shaped with cream on top. the waiter also gave her a box and a letter. mirae chose to read the letter first. it read, "let's stop this dtr we're having. be mine before it's too late. i finally realize that my feelings for you are love, love, love. i hope you can return my feelings that i've given to you." mirae then opened the box due to curiosity. it revealed a couple ring. mirae was on the verge of tears. he really did like her. suddenly she felt someone sit across her. it was the kim seokjin. he smiled and offered her a red rose which she took. "so, be mine?" he simply said. mirae nodded and he took the smaller ring from the box and slid it down mirae's ring finger while he easily slid his down. mirae smiled. "now, drink up. your latte is getting cold."
♡ ⋮you are my earth, air, water, fire. mirae tells all her problems to seokjin. she can always rely and depend on seokjin whenever she needs him. seokjin is mirae's shoulder when she wants to cry. mirae had always trusted seokjin with everything. for seokjin, mirae is a diamond; rare and valuable. he tries to treat her well to make their relationship last. seokjin had always comforted mirae when she's sad and had always made her laugh when she's bored. seokjin would do anything for mirae, except letting her go. the two had promised that they would be loyal to each other.
♡ ⋮all of me loves all of you. Seokjin likes Mirae for her unique personality. He also fell for her fragile and quiet personality. He always wanted someone who he can comfort and take care of when they're feeling down. Seokjin doesn't really mind that Mirae is a couple of years older than him. Most of his friends tell him that Seokjin suits a noona-dongsaeng relationship, rather than an oppa-dongsaeng. Mirae likes Seokjin for his trustworthy and dependable nature. Mirae always liked the fact that Seokjin takes care of her well and will always be there for her whenever she's sad. She appreciates that trait in him. Seokjin and Seri share a very special bond. Despite Mirae being older, Seokjin takes care of her like an oppa is to his dongsaeng. Mirae always lets Seokjin take lead of their events and dates since Mirae knows Seokjin has a stubborn side to him.

♡ ⋮you and i, we will be walking on this melody again. they plan to keep their relationship unknown for a few more months. the two plan on going public with their relationship on Valentines' Day or 14th February since that is their anniversary date anyways. though the two hate the idea of going public with their relationship, they felt bad for the fans who know nothing. they felt that it's wrong to leave the fans in the dark about their relationship. since it will be the fans that make them popular and famous, they want to give back to the fans. though they know they will get hate for announcing their relationship, seokjin ensures mirae that he will make sure nobody hurts her.
♡ ⋮ running mulan. Mirae becomes the newest member of Running Man and is dubbed "The Running Mulan", "The Golden Maknae", "The Second Ace", and "The Baby Tigress".
♡ ⋮ i knew you were trouble when you walked in... Another male idol chooses Mirae as the most eye-catching Mystic member to him, causing a few international fans to ship them or something. Whoever the male idol is, it's your choice. this male idol can be seokjin's love rival if you want.
♡ ⋮ so you're his only one. Scarlet and Star going on Weekly Idol and they do the "rewrite the profile" segment. In one of Mirae's trivias, there was one that said "Bangtan's Jin's Only One." The MCs notice this and ask Mirae to clarify it. The maknae of Star jokes and says that Mirae was struck by Cupid's Arrow on Valentines Day /if you know what i mean/ which made the MCs curl out of the utter greesiness. The MCs then force Mirae to make a video message to Jin.
♡ ⋮ can you feel the love tonight? Mirae and Seokjin out on a date, holding hands. They go out on a date near Hongdae and maybe finish up near the Han River.
♡ ⋮ this is my noona, you brat. Mirae on a normal day at campus. Maybe interacting with Jinri between breaks and picking up Minho. When she picked up Minho, Minho's peers be like "Whoop! Whoop! Minho got a pretty lady!" but then Minho sends his peers a glare because they still don't realize that's his noona.
♡ ⋮ we girls just want to have fun. Mirae and the girls of Star and Scarlet having a girls night out. No alcohol and night clubs involved. Maybe have them go to a karaoke bar or a cafe or something?
COMMENTS / ANYTHING ELSE » Here is my baby Mirae :) If the group goes to Weekly Idol, I can totally see the 2MCs become biased towards her for some reason. So, yeah. Also, Jinri and Mirae go to the same university, just different majors. Mirae is in Art and Design while Jinri is in Journalism and Mass Communication. Can she be the face of the group or visual?
