❋ Kiritaro's slight OCD actually helps him work. He often finds himself arranging and organizing his personal belongings at work and at home so his things are often in the most pristine condition. He has a set schedule for how to get ready for work in the morning, what to have and where to go for breakfast, etc. Everything that's his has to be clean and he is slightly a germaphobe so he washes his hands 5+ times a day. Although he isn't ashamed about his habits, he tries to hide them just to avoid being called out. His parents were killed in a car accident when he was 20 so from then on he had to take care of his younger brother - Shinra Kiruki - (15 at the time). His family was somewhat rich though so he was still able to finish law school and send his brother to college. Although slightly cynnical from the beginning, the death of his parents made him more introverted and angry at the world - so he escapes to the Pokemon world. His nonchalaunt attitude sometimes makes him come off as aloof, getting him into trouble once in a while.
❋ Kiritaro is extremely smart and calculating but modest at the same time. He finished law school as the top student and was immediately picked up by an important and influential lawfirm. Even though he's smart, he's somewhat of an outcast due to his young age and his status. His clever and meticulous attitude sometimes get him in trouble with his superiors but he's too much of an asset to fire because of it. He is flexible when faced with different situations, that;s why he's such a good lawyer. At his job he is rather quiet (despite his random outbursts against his superiors) and generally keeps to himself except when dealing with his clients. Outside of the job, he's more "free" than in work. He cares less about his "perfect" appearance but still cares about hygeine and what not. Around his friends and his brother he is more talkative and actually snarkier and more stubborn. Despite his cynnical and generally negative outlook on life, he's very loyal and compassionate towards those he loves and will do practically anything for them.
