02 / one character per person. character changes are unlimited
but please don't abuse it. one week changes allowed.
03 / be active at least 3 times a week. activity checks are

04 / and yuri are allowed. be reasonable and talk to
everyone before jumping into a relationship.

06 / no unnecessary drama, and especially not ooc.
