Advice pls..?

I figured out  should stop cutting as my doctor says it may be infectious to cut yourself with unclean blades  and as cliche as it sounds I really wanna stop.

i need advice,ex-cutters?Give me some tips to stop pls?Besides exercising and going out cuz I tried that and it made it worser.I really need your help..

I'm not sure the reason you cut. I did because I can't handle emotions and can't talk it out either, I like the pain because it is something I actually feel. So if your reason is similar to mine, you have to find a better way to let it out. I still can't talk about emotions, but I write. Just let it out in a safer way. Or get yourself a pet, petting cats or dogs can trigger your brain to let out oxytocin, the same hormon that gives you the calm feelings after and feeding.

I have never tried cutting but I tried something worse if you want you can talk to me then we might turn your frown and sadness upside down
or you could just stop thinking about the negative things and just stay positive

Use pen, my best friend is going throught it, so one way is to make pen marks. Like use a pen and make lines on your arm. And after a day, count them all and say things that make you happy as much as the lines there are

Hide Your blades Away... Throw them in dark places
don't ever open what you have them in
Put on a smile even tho its fake
and do anything that makes you happy
and Just tuck your bad thoughts in the back
time to open a new chapter in your life :)

So... I have never cut so I don't exactly know but I think that the best thing you can do is to get into doing something else. Like sports or hang out with friends often. But I don't know how you feel so I don't know if that is helpful
