This is exactly what I said was gonna happen. Everyone on tumblr was laughing and was overjoyed that SM lost 60 million dollars bc of Jessica and I felt like i was the only one going this is bad this is not good. Ive said this time and time again, SM is a business. With facing such a huge loss, they're gonna milk all they can from their idols and that means overworking them even in dangerous conditions like this. People were so glad SM was losing money and wanted to boycott it that they forgot the consequences it places on the idols.

Yes I would say this is definitely SM's fault but fans had a role in this too.
