Jessica Jung | SNSD (help what's going on)

So, because I know close to nothing on the subject and because I don’t want to place the blame on anyone or be unreasonable while I know nothing of the situation I won’t say too much but- how did this whole Sica issue start (from what you know)? Seriously, I’m not a major (meaning I don’t jump on everything related to them but I watch variety shows with them in it, listen to their songs etc.) SNSD fan but they were one of the first Kpop groups I ever listened too, they have great personalities and songs and it’s hard (and sad) to believe that Sica might have been kicked out from SNSD. So what do you know about the issue so far, links if possible?

The official statement from SM is out. They indirectly implied that GG is now 8 members. Jessica is basically another Kibum and Kris now, inactive members. I honestly think SM is the core of all problems. They never liked it whenever their idols develop ideas and plans outside of what SM gives them.

Jessica (some speculate it was a hacker) posted on her weibo that for no "justifiable reason" she was being kicked out of snsd and sm by the company and her members. There are also rumors and some evidence that she is to be married after being seen by dispatch at the airport with Tyler Kwon coming back from New York supposedly where the families met and discussed marriage. Some have also said that she wants to get her education in New York, also that she had tried to meet with the lawyer who handled JYJ's case but he declined. Her and Tyler Kwon have been rumored to date before, but the rumors were denied and sm has yet to speak up about this so I'm just as confused as you are.
