So when I'm stuck on how to write effectively and nicely I go through featured stories and read their stories analyse their writing styles, descriptions and use of language techniques and sentence structure. When I compare it to my own writing style sometimes I find my stories are a bit dull so I go and fix it. It's way I can improve my stories and learn what techniques other authors use to bring their messages and the emotions they want their readers to feel across.

It's interesting because everybody has their own type of writing style and depends pn you to learn to develop it. Experiment! Go on colourful language rampage that will leave your readers spellbound. Actually that was a bit of an exaggeration.

Anyway I find that I write best in third person, if gives me the freedom to describe and go into many characters point of views. However I do find it hard to write cliff hangers that hook readers on and my story pace is usually very slow, I feel like I have to explain everything so that is something I have to work on in the future. 

So challenge yourselves and find your personal writing style. :D
