Odyssey Trainee Employment Contract

________________________ (hereafter "Trainee") and __Odyssey Entertainment___ (hereafter "Agency") hereby enter into an agreement to the terms below: Trainee hereby engages Agency to direct, develop, and advance Trainee’s career as an artist/model. Trainee warrants that Trainee is not now bound by any other contract for similar services, and that Trainee will not enter into such a contract with any other Agency during the term of this agreement.

Trainee agrees to refer all requests for Trainee's singing/acting/modeling services to Agency for negotiation, engagement, and distribution.

The term of this agreement shall be one year from the date that Trainee signs it, and shall be subject to renewal at the agreement of the Trainee and Agency unless the agreement is terminated.

Either party may terminate this agreement with formal notice (email/PM) to the other party.

Agency is hereby authorized to use Trainee's name, likeness, description, biographical information, and any other information available to direct, develop, and advance Trainee’s career as an artist/model during the time that this agreement is in force.
