Should I tell them book 4 happen after the end of fifty shades of freed.

I don't know how to respond to this.

Tell Jason or AFF people that this story based on Emine Fougner's book and you have the consent from her to post the story even with the change of characters' name. This is not from E.L.James trilogy "FSOG"!. This is Emine's story, a spin-off from that FSOG. However if AFF people still insist of banning that story then just make a tumblr blog complete with a password protection and post the story there. Then give the password only to people you trust. Guess that's the only safe alternative method I could think of.

If the story was from an actual published book, it doesn't matter if you have the authors consent. It's the publishers that may come after AFF. Though with the hundreds of 50 Shades adaptations, I don't even know why it got reported.

If it was lifted from fan fiction, and you have the authors consent, you can get the author to write a letter to the mods saying she gave you permission.

As for book 4...some publishing companies can be finicky with their titles. Archie Comics banned fanfiction.net from publishing anything based on it's characters. There's a few others too who aren't keen on having their characters used in fanfics. It can be pretty annoying.
