Is, being jerked awake because you fell in your dream and thought you hit the ground, a sleep disorder...? Cause that happens a lot to me...

I have sleep paralysis, but it isn't bad, it only happens every couple months. It's scary as heck, though. When I fall asleep on my stomach and I wake up during the night and I can't move, it feels like I'm going to suffocate because I can't move my head away from pillow. It , but I'm happy it doesn't happen frequently.
