Don't worry - do you alternate arms? Or do you have a strap so you can wear your violin like a backpack? I have one - SO GLAD I INVESTED LIKE WHEN I GO TO KOREA AND I CARRY THAT THING

And if you have a heavy backpack and carry a laptop - try looking for PDFs of the books you carry and put them on your laptop so you can save at least 1kg of books, meaning you have more energy to put into carrying a kg of your violin. I did that - it helped MAJORRR
And remember to eat a proper breakfast and drink lots of water. Taking care of yourself definitely helps.
