Nowadays, I feel like I should stop being a silent reader and contribute to this website. I also feel that my English skills are not as great. I usually don't have the want to write more unless necessary either. Maybe that is why I am a silent reader. Maybe.

Anyways, I got into English honors this year and I feel like I need to improve in English on my own (English is not my first language) since my reading/writing levels aren't very high, nor are my vocabulary and punctuation skills either.

Maybe writing fanfics would stimulate my brain and write more? Would that help me? Any other authors out there might share their thoughts on how their writing/reading skills progressed before and after AFF? Thank you ^.^
