Reality

It's strange how the phenomenon of human life is taken for granted. Because isn't life, that beautiful time we are allowed to live special? And one of the quotes I hated the most was when people said life is only precious because it can end. When, someone close to me died for the first time in my life that wasn't what I was thinking.

So, I like this idea a little better. Maybe, death is necessary to remind us of all we could lose and humble us so we are better. EunB's death is horrible, and a true unnecessary tragedy. Yet, the k-pop community has benefitted. Those of all fandoms have expressed their condolences and it seems like all the little things have gone away. All those small problems we have aren't much when the loss of a life is compared. When the idols I worshipped dated, I was devastated. Looking back, I'm ashamed that I had taken something so natural like it was the end of the world.

To the Exotics, who I am a part of us as well...kind of. When Kris left the group, the whole fandom was in tears and they felt it was the end of the world. Now, looking at this girl who had the world in front of her die, a member leaving doesn't seem quite as bad.

And a word on Ladies Code

They had and have infinite potential. With the loss of their friend, who is to say the members will ever recover? Maybe, after this loss the members will never go onstage again. Who's to say? But EunB was only 21 years old, an age where it seems the world is open for anything. I want it to be known that Ladies Code is a group that many consider to be the next generation of k-pop stars. They have the vocal capability, the charm, and the drive. Seeing a girl with such talent pass away is saddening at the least and I think such a loss is hard for the k-pop world. It forces us to remember that our idols are human and to appreciate them every day. Also, seeing the k-pop idols and fandoms all come together for this talented rookie group has been inspiring. May we never forget the humbling moment we found out about EunB's death.

RIP
