I really wanna be a kpop artist and I really need help. If any of you guys have personal experience, please do help me ! Thank you so much !

Facts about me:
-I'm 14 turning 15 on April 2012.
-5'2 [157cm] I'm a quite over weight :/ 143 lbs.
-Female
-I'm Asian. From Singapore. And I'm a Malay/ Muslim.
-I can speak English and Malay. I can't speak Hangul tho :/
-I have tanned skin.
-Aiming for Starship, Cube, JYP, T.O.P, F&C, YG, Paramount Music Ent.
-I can dance. I catch up pretty fast in choreography. I'm not that good at freestyling.
-I'm confident at Singing and acting. I'm in my school's choir; Alto.
-I can do any type of acting but I specialize in sad scenes because I can cry very easily.
-I took part in a dancing competition before.
-Have been told that I have a great voice. I sound a like a female version of a mix between Kikwang and Jonghyun. And Hyunah.
-I can rap a little.

So basically, I'm not drop dead gorgeous but I have talent. Can any of you guys tell me if I qualify ? I know my weight may be a big problem but I really want to audition. Can you help me suggest which companies are suitable for me ? It would help me a lot. Oh and do you guys know if I could send my audition through email ? Please respond ASAP >< !
