Ok here's the basic template that I always use to start out with:

If you need anything else just ask, I was an amazing coder last year for my web design class and I can also do CSS and Java Script :)
If you ask me 4 or 5 years ago I'd be able to help with coding, but now I'm no good anymore. But if it's coding you need, perhaps you could try blogskins.com (tbh I don't even know if this site still exists as I type this comment) for help. Patchwork copying a bunch of codes from different sources is better than nothing!
