Life is short..if that is what you want to do then do it..do your research and go for it..I am much older than you and you are young, this is the time for you to try to achieve your dreams.. Have you taken acting lessons, have you been in any high school plays..prepare yourself first, acting is an art..take lessons first, that will show that you are serious and that will help you to develop into a better actress.

Hi, If that is what you desired then by all means become an actress. Don't think there is a restriction on age if one is to become one and plus your 18years so you will have a lot actresses and actors to ask for assistance if you think you lack in a few areas of your chosen career. But im sure you will do wonderfully as a actress since your pretty good as a ff writer. Put your head up and go for it.
