Lovely Dangerous:

LD is a shinee fic that involves gangs, fighting and dark pasts. Misun is the female lead and she was once part of a gang, having decided to try and lead a normal student life. And we have Taemin, the deliquent at her school, the leader of strong gang Phoenix and with these two clashing, we learn more about their pasts, their feelings, their troubles, their relationships. 

 

Describe the story in 3 to 5 words:

Hmm.... Dangerous, possesive, secrets and a lot of fighting.

 

My inspiration for this story, how did I think of this story?

Well, I wrote this story when I was still pretty much interested in anime and manga, jdrama as well. And gangs was a theme that I came across a lot, having read some wonderful manhwas as well ^__^
I love Gokusen (don't know if you guys know this, but totally a rec) and this may have somehow stayed with me, slowly Lovely Dangerous having gotten a basic. And not to forget, I kinda love strong girls xD Misun is totally a strong girl xD

 

What do I like the most about this story? 

That would be the things thought by how close friendship can be and how blood doesn't make one true family.

 

What do I least like about this story?

The fighting scenes. They are like perfect in my head and I do my best describing it, but I find them never as good as they're playing in my head xD (Even though I love the fighting scenes so much >.<)

 

Which charachter(s) do I like the most in this story?

Onew! 
Now this isn't because he's my bias, but I love his personality in this story and the background I gave him. I find it easier to write with Onew as a character and seriously, I started to love his character in LD more and more, becoming one of my most loved supporting characters :D

 

Which character(s) do I least like in the story?

Hmm...There are quite a bit as this is a story about gangs after all :P
But it's really hard to choose xD
First of all, Taemin's stepmom along with her kids, then maybe also the loansharks and as well the ones who were responsible of the death of the Silver Eagles...

And these aren't even the gangsters xD

 

What's my favorite part of the story (so far if not finished)

The fight scene of Misun and Onew together xD that was just one epic scene xD

 

Which part of the story was hard to write?

As said, the fighting scenes, since English is not my first language, my vocabulary is limited and it's always better in my head than I type it down xD 
And also when there are too many people in one scene xD I get confused myself sometimes, which is pretty annoying at times :P

 

Is the story somehow related to own life?

Nope. I'm glad I didn't go through what my characters in here went through and all, but maybe Misun is someone I look up to in some kind of way? A woman that's strong and can protect herself, stand up for herself and take care of things herself.

 

Is a character somehow similiar to myself?

I don't think so... Well it kinda depends on how you see it. Everyone has problems and troubles they don't really talk about and hide it away from friends or family. And I'm no exception from this, I as well have my own troubles and problems that my friends don't know, because I don't want to worry them. Though of course not as bad as it is in LD. 

 

Do I think that I wrote the story well, the writing style?

No... xD
Lovely Dangerous was only my second fic and I started writing it in 2012 I think, which is 2 years ago. My English writing was horrible and I'm still surprised by the love it got, thank you all! <3

 

Which music do I listen to when writing?

I didn't really listen to any songs while writing for LD... Hmmm, but if I did with media player playing, It would msotly be kpop :P A lot of SHINee songs I think, since this was around the time I really started to love SHINee >.<

 

How did I come up with the title of the story? And does it have any meaning?

I didn't think too much of the title for this story. Misun's character is strong, caring and she's definitely a beauty. This makes her all the more lovely and with all the trouble she went through, meeting gangs and all, her life was dangerous. Putting it together I got Lovely Dangerous xD And also because Misun is pretty Dangerous as well ^_^

 

Anything else?

One great thing about this story is the cameos :D It has so many characters coming and going xD
And I love the relationship between Taemin and Misun <3

 

How many endings do I actually had in mind for the story?

When I first started writing LD, I had no idea how I was going to end it. Then I thought I'll end it when they'll marry, well I continued and then I thought I'll end it after Misun finds the culprit that killed the Silver Eagles and then I decided to just end it after everything is done. xD
I also never thought this story would reach 100+ chapters, I had around 30 max 50 chapters in mind, well it surely overtopped that xD
