So, I decided to watch a movie with my family tonight and someone chose "Elizabethtown"

I had forgotten about this..., but here's a funny story about this DVD!

In the picture below, look behind Orlando Bloom. There's a security guy in a yellow jacket. The girl with the long dark hair right behind the security guy's head, IS ME!! I was 17 years old when they took this 10 years ago during the filming of the movie in Elizabethtown!

I live 30 minutes away from Elizabethtown. We got up at 3am the day they were filming there and spent all morning standing around downtown watching. My dad and I were standing by that church in the picture watching them do car shots. Suddenly, the car stops and Orlando Bloom gets out of it. He just randomly starts walking towards me and my Dad. I was waiting for him to get across the street and then I was going to ask for an autograph. Before he could get to me, the crowd behind us screams and mobs him. I thought I was going to be crushed! I did finally get to meet him and get his autograph. He was really nice to everyone. While I was being crushed by screaming girls, my Dad was sanding on the street talking to the director, Cameron Crowe. Cameron Crowe was taking cell-phone pictures of Orlando being mobbed and laughing at him. Dad got his Autograph while I got Orlando's.

This was a good day!!

I was obsessed with Orlando Bloom in high school because of Lord of the Rings

and Pirates of the Caribbean.

I got to meet one of my teen idols!

Now..., if only Heechul would film a movie in Kentucky...,
