Well isn't Jessica the one who was caught going out with Yuri in sport clothes,like both running and only the two of them?  Yes ,it is.And Yuri's post was also in english ,there could be Jessica or Tiffany there,they know english.And also the photo couldn't be taken without someone to snap it.

i don't think she's with sica coz after BOB concert on 140802 sica stayed behind in hk for photoshoot no photos of her going back from BOB con and flying to LA for kcon
in my conclusion after sica's work in HK she took a flight to LA coz the clutch bag that
she's using when she arrived from kcon is same when she go to HK for BOB concert
