Kuroko: Then and Now

The first chapter of the manga of Kuroko no Basket compared to now is so different...It's really dynamic and detailed now, and everyone looks really hot lol. Not to mention that Kuroko looks mature - he used to look like a middle school kid in the first chapter but then in the latest chapter he's all full of emotion and fired up and his expression is drawn dynamically.

Just an observation. I was looking at the wiki page of Kuroko's Basketball and realised back then when I first discovered Kuroko from a friend's recommendation, I hesitated for a minute (literally) because the art looked pretty meh, judging from the cover of the first volume. So I decided to watch anime first, hoping for the art to be more...bishie like I suppose? I was pretty much only into bishies then.

It was soooooo good. Then I caught up to the latest episode and started reading the manga, from around when the Winter Cup began. It was sooooooo good. The manga seemed to get better and better at each chapter, and in Rakuzan's game, the expressions on everyone's faces are more evident and their facial identities are more defined.

Anyway. Onto a slightly offtopic side of things, but I'm going to talk about the impact of Kuroko. Kuroko made me join a local basketball team and I've even tried to steal the ball from opponents without them actually seeing it happen and it passes to an unexpecting teammate lol. I guess you could say it's my speshur ahbiritee (#tatsuyareference) ;3

I clicked on your blog the moment I saw kuroko's name. I totally agree with you! The art is getting better. I'm a big fan of the manga and anime. It also helped me get more into basketball since its my family's favorite sport.
