So people are wondering why SM is debuting a new girl group if they can't even treat f(x) right. There are also rumors of SNSD disbanding next year, and I wouldn't be so surprised if they actually did. If you think about it, SNSD has been in the industry for quite a long time. They're celebrating their 7th anniversary next week + think of all the years they've spent as trainees. Many of the members are dating (maybe all of them are, but only 4 are official) so they might want to settle down and start a family, y'know? If you think about how old the members are. So maybe that's why SM is debuting their girl group now.

Honestly, seeing people hating on them makes me sad. People should be mad at SM, not them. They've worked really hard to be able to debut but the problem is just SM debuting them now when people are still not over all the stuff that has happened (Kris leaving, Taeyeon/Baekhyun dating scandal, Sulli's hiatus etc.) and I really don't like how SM always put stuff near important dates (an example is making EXO debut on Jonghyun's birthday, EXO having their concert on SHINee's anniversary etc.) and now Red Velvet is debuting on August 4th; if I'm not wrong SNSD's anniversary is the day after.

Though I wonder how SM is going to keep up with everything... There's so much going on right now. Taemin's solo debut, TaTiSeo comeback, Red Velvet debut and possible Super Junior comeback...

So yeah. People should blame SM, not the girls. They don't deserve the hate.
