summary: Centuries ago, in the once vibrant town of 'Mortuus', there was a man who fell in love with one of the women who inhabited the place. They couldn't love as he was a monster to the people of the village.
One night, he stole her away from her village, and tried to make her his. She, being afraid of him tried to flee. Hurt by her rejection, he took her life in anger.
Since this day, he has remained shut off from the rest of the world, occasionally coming out to take victims to satisfy his hunger. He vowed that if she were to ever come back to him, he would give her the pain she left him with.
