Character

Character's Name : Jeon Ahri

Alias : 'Tochi' -  Lit. means Torch, because of her hot-tempered personality.

Nickname/s :  Ahri, or for teasers 'Grumpy'

Birthday + Age :  Aug 11 / 19 Yrs

Ethnicity : Korean

Languages : Korean & English

Personality

Personality :
Ahri is better known for being the hot-headed one of the group. She gets pissed off very easily and is quick to argue. This may make her unlikable by many people but she doesn't argue for no reason (unless it is towards someone she hates. More information can be found in the 'Habits' section). If she feels something is unfair, she'll state it immediately; she never sugar coats what she says so she's pretty blunt with her words. Although many may find this trait rude sometimes, there are moments where this trait can actually gain her some 'friend' points as well: such as when she stands up for others who are unable to say what they really feel. She's not afraid to let the world know how she feels and that can be both good and bad.

Although she has a temper, she is a very
good listener and her loyalty can sometimes be overlooked because she's so blunt about everything. But she has good intentions; she'll never leave an old man to cross a road by himself or a child alone in the park.

Ahri works better independently. She likes to get immediately down to business and hates it when others slow her down. Although sometimes she may seem rash and a bit irrational, because of her fast reactions, Ahri is actually quite meticulous. When the time comes to make quick decisions, Ahri is always on top of her game and because her mind is always running, she has to act fast to keep up with it. Therefore, others may lag behind with her around. But don't worry; she's not one to drown her teammates so she can swim to land by herself. She may forget, from time to time, that teammates are supposed to stick together, but she'll never cross the finish line without them.

Although she may be qick to act, her instincts are
not always correct. When they aren't, she freaks out immediately and goes into a swearing frenzy, cursing at herself for screwing up.  She never blames others for her wrong-doings though, and if she is put in charge of something, she'll take the blame for whatever goes wrong despite whose fault it is (because she believes that 'if she is responsible, then she should've prevented failure from occuring).

Ahri is also a clean-freak. She likes things organized in certain ways and is very detailed-oriented. This specific trait is especially good for not leaving behind any evidence, when needed.

Emotionally, Ahri is an
open-book. When working, she thinks things through (quickly) before acting but with her feelings, she speaks before she thinks. If it involves her heart, her heart always wins against her mind.  This can become a problem, later, when she chooses her heart over what she was actually sent to do (her goals).

Okay, hi again guys! Haha. XD *Kay, back to business* >:)
What I had visioned for Ahri was that, her temper would make it difficult for her to get along with a lot of people. About the meticulous and irrational part (I figured this might sound confusing), but Ahri is a meticulous person so she catches onto things easily. Because of that, she moves quickly about 'missions' (if you will) and, for that reason, may tend to leave her teammates behind (or, out of the loop) by accident.

And about her being 'irrational'. I didn't mean that she was irrational. What I meant was that, because she catches onto things so quickly, her reactions are quick, and by leaving others behind, Ahri may seem irrational (to others).
Her instincts are not always correct because everyone makes mistakes, and she is no different.

I pictured her as independent because of all this, but you guys are free to tweak her character if you end up choosing her ^^

[ I meant for this trait to be one of her downfalls anyway, so no worries about independent missions XD ]

Likes :
[1] Winning, whether it be winning arguments or fighting, Ahri just likes being
victorious. It makes her feel superior and confident.

[2] When people like her! ^^
[3] Being appreciated.
[4] Sweating & Working Out

[5] Eating spicy food! She loves loves loves pepper!
[6] Ice Cream <3 (Especially enjoys when she is upset or angry. It cools her down)

Dislikes :
[1] Being called 'Grumpy'
[2] Losing or being demoted
(whether that be demoted in business or relationships)
[3] Disorganized/Messy rooms
[4] Bugs/Insects
[5] Being in the spotlight

Habits :
[1] Unintentionally, acting on her own (She's just use to being independent)
[2] Stretches her arms in bed before actually getting up/waking up.
[3] Deliberately getting on her rivals' nerves.
Ahri purposely finds something about them (mainly Krystal) to bicker about and they usual get into heated arguments for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, this habit marks Ahri as a bit immature.
[4] Scowls at anything/anyone she has her eyes on. Some people may think of it as a result of her feelings towards them, but the scowling is just part of Ahri's natural expression. Please don't misunderstand and talk to her? *pleads*
[5] Shaking her legs when she's sitting and has nothing else to do.

Hobbies :
[1] Ceramics - Ahri likes to make useful things out of clay: mugs, pin-pots for small items (hairpins, scrunchies), paper-weighters, decorations, etc. etc. First started when she was still at the orphanage. When she had nothing to play with, she made things out of the sand/dirt.
[2] Drawing - She likes to draw scenary pictures because of the peaceful quality it contains. It contrasts to her normal hostile demeanor so it's nice to drown in solitude sometimes.
[3] Swimming - The only sport Ahri is actually good at. She doesn't do so well in other sports like basketball, football, softball, etc., so she values swimming. It's something she can show off to people and she enjoys it.

Pet Peeves :
[1] Hugging/Touching anyone when she is (or when they are) sweating. Eww, gross!
[2] Being in a messy area. She'll feel disgusted and won't know where to sit or stand or do anything!
[3] When people touch her things! She is organize for a reason~
[4] Shady people. Because Ahri is blunt, she doesn't understand why people don't just express their discontentment to the individual they disagree with. Why hide in a corner and whispher about little nothings? It can't be solved that way. Because of this, Ahri may seem y when she walks up to them and tells them to say it right to their face instead of gossiping.

Fears :
[1] Heights - She's afraid of falling and doesn't like the feeling of being pulled down by gravity.
[2] Dogs - Big or small, please don't chase our poor Ahri ='(
[3] Drowning - As stated before, Ahri loves swimming because it is the only sport she is good at. Therefore, she feels that if she drowns one day, her reputation as a great swimmer would vanish along with it. More importantly, Ahri places high expectations on herself. If she is a good swimmer, then she is a good swimmer. If she drowns, would she still be able to keep that title? She thinks not!

Trivia :
[1] Ahri gets frightened very easily. Even if she knows you're standing behind the door to scare her, when the time comes and you finally jump out and scream, she'll end up screaming along with you as well. People around her find this funny and tend to scare her alot for the fun of it.
[2] Although Ahri is tough, she is actually afraid of alot of miniscule things. Kangjun finds it cute that the 'big bad wolf' is afraid of tiny chihuahuas and measly beatles.
[3] Does Not Drive. Ahri cannot drive even if there was a zombie apocalypse and the only way to survive was to drive the damn car. She's paranoid of other vehicles on the street and will hit the brakes as hard as she can whenever she feels in danger. You will see her in the stiffiest position ever; her back would be straight, both hands on the wheel, eyes flickering from left-to-right every second, sometimes forgetting to blink, and not a word would come out of .
[4] If there is an untidy place/room that Ahri is constantly being exposed to, and it stayed that way for a couple of days, Ahri would take the initiative and organize everything in that room/place (whether it's wanted or not). You're welcome!
[5] When Ahri loses a verbal battle (Esp. with Kyrstal), she'll grit her teeth, cross her arms and glare at the latter before turning her back on her and walking away. All the while, more venomous ideas of getting Krystal back would form in her mind, making Ahri a bit childish.
[6] She hates it when people call her grumpy, but she answers to it anyway.

Alliance

Mafia or Spy Organization : Spy Organization

Spy / Nameless organization

What is the reason your character wants to join in on the mission :
For Ahri, she thinks that she should be able to do more. Her use of weapons are never accurate no matter how much she practices, and because she's always rushing, sometimes she forgets to sit back and reevaluate.

When this mission finally came out, Ahri felt it calling to her. She couldn't help but feel attached to the mission somehow, as if there's a missing puzzle piece to her life and this mission was going to help her find it.

Thinking that, that 'missing peice' was because she wasn't good enough, Ahri trains harder wanting to prove to herself that she is worthy.

Strengths :
[1] Combat Fighting - All that working out isn't for nothing ;)
[2] Bold - When she's out to do something, she intends to without hesitation. Unless... *coughs coughs* Kangjun *coughs*
[3] Analysis - She's quick-to-act because her analysis skills are top-class.

Weaknesses :
[1] Accuracy with weapons are iffy.
[2] Her quick reactions may cause damage to the group, sometimes.

Background :
Ahri's parents were probably not the idea parents someone would want to acknowledge as their own, but hey, she survived.

Both parents grew up in the United States, to which led Ahri to grow up in America as well. Hence, is the reason for her knowing how to speak English; everyone around her spoke English and her parents weren't so fluent in Korean either. Ahri's mother was having an affair with an American guy and her father was always out, whether it be for work or for drinking with friends. Because only her father worked, there wasn't much income coming in. She was 2 when this all started to occur and she didn't know much about the world. Every time her mother was home, she brought the white man with her and they'd enter her mother's room after a quick greeting to the dear child. The American, whose name she later learned was Chris, always gave her some pocket change and some leftover food they had from going to restaurants for lunch. And that was how she survived, savoring every bite of food they gave her and shoving the change into the bottom of her drawers.

Ahri learned how to use money when she 3 and 1/2 years old. First, she gave the corner store lady a couple of dollars for some chocolates and chips, then she came again for a bottle of juice and some crackers. They never cheated her, how could they? She was only a little girl. Those days went on for another year and a half and the old couple from the corner store slowly got attached to Ahri. Sometimes when she had no money, they'd give her free snacks. Most times, they gave the child discounts as well, worried why such a small child was out alone by herself.

One evening, after Ahri returned from the corner store, she saw her father standing in the living room, his back turned towards her. She felt it weird that her dad was home earlier than usual. "Daddy?" she said, still standing at the door. And before she knew it, her father had charged towards her, picked her up from the floor and darted out of the house.

"Daddy? Where are we going? Where's mom?" Ahri cried as the little house she called home grew smaller and smaller. Little did she know, her mother was now lying lifelessly on the couch, red and purple marks vividly exposing on her tarnished neck.

The duo eventually went on a plane, heading to South Korea, where Ahri's father thought he would be safe. He didn't regret killing her, after all, she was the one that cheated.

After about half a year, Ahri was again, caught up in another tragic event. There were korean cops tailing her father... they were on the run again. Ahri was seated in the passenger seat beside her father in the stolen vehicle she didn't even know was stolen, and the cops were hot on their tail, demanding Ahri's father to stop the car; they had found out he was the murderer of Ahri's mother.

Tears formed in Ahri's eyes as she stared at her father who panicky pressed on the accelerator, his face also damped with fluid. "Appa, what's happening? Why are they following us?"

"Appa!" she cried again when her father ignored her. The next thing she knew, Ahri's father was hovering over the 5 year old, shielding her from the shattering glass and the pressure of moving truck her father had just ran into.

He died, she lost her memory and was put into an orphanage.

Love Interest

The interest/s :
[1] C-Clown - Kangjun
[2] Teen Top - Lee Byunghyun (Ljoe)
[3] Block B - Zico

Is he in the mafia or the spy organization : Mafia

Personality :
Kangjun has always been known to be sweet and caring. He is almost too good to be part of the mafia, but Kangjun is not part of the mafia because he enjoys it or anything, he's only there because the people he grew to love are also there. He wants to protect them and keep them safe. So don't mess with his loved ones~

Kangjun is extremely smart and good with his words. He can make any situation turn in his favor so he's kind of a sweet-talker too. Which makes him good with the ladies. He's very laid back and chill about everything. Not much into the whole mafia thing, but he does what he has to do.

Sometimes he can be
a little too protective but hey, can you blame him? He's lost everyone he's ever wanted to protect when he was a child, he doesn't want to mess up this chance as well (even though previously, he wasn't at fault). You can see, Kangjun carries a lot of weight on his shoulders. He's killed before, but he's not proud of it.

Kangjun is also a
great slacker. He probably developed this habit from not wanting to do all these mafia things, but now, it's kind of just turned into a habit. He is also an untidy person and he's not ashamed of it.

Background :
Kangjun lost both of his parents due to gang related activities. His father wasn't part of the mafia, but he was affiliated with the mafia. He bought illegal drugs from them and sold them oversees. When he met Kangjun's mother, he tried to get out of doing that kind of business, but it wasn't as simple as he hoped.

Kangjun's parents were never married. He was later born and Kangjun's family were constantly being attacked because apparently, Kangjun's father owns the mafia some money (even though he didn't). He was a fair man, he just got caught up doing the wrong things. He was later killed while walking on the street, it was never established by the police that the killer was a mafia member though (but it so was).

Kangjun's mother tried keeping him away from the mafia as long as she could, but being the only mother of a newborn, she could only do so little. Her life was threatened numerous times while Kangjun was still an infant and she thought the only way to save Kangjun was to leave him at an orphanage. She is later murdered as well.

Now, Kangjun is also alone at the orphanage, at this time he is 3. He grows up at the orphanage and meets Ahri at age 7. When he turned 8, he started to run off (from the orphanage) whenever he could.
Kangjun got caught a couple of times and got punished for it. At first he wanted to try and find information on his mom. He barely remembers her but he does remember living with her before, and he wanted to know what happened to her. When he asked the workers at the orphanage all they told him was that they found him sleeping in the playground of the orphanage one morning.

Later, he finds out that Ahri hates living at the orphanage; there were a lot of mean kids there and she never gets to play with any of the toys because the other kids didn't like sharing. She didn't want to be contained in the orphanage when she knew nothing about the world itself either. The orphanage was dirty and the food was never enough. So Kangjun decides that they should escape from the orphanage. But first, they would need money if they wanted to survive in the outside world. So for about a year and a half, almost 2 years, Kangjun is constantly leaving the orphanage, and getting in trouble by the workers there, but then one day, he doesn't return... and Ahri didn't leave with him.

Kangjun bumps into a middle-aged man one day on his normal venture out of the orphanage and the man shows him a picture of his parents and him after he was born. On the back of the picture, it says "To my best man. My son is finally born. We decided to name him Kangjun.  I hope you're doing well, let's meet up one day and catch up. I miss the old times."

That man was Kangjun's father's best friend and he was part of the mafia. He has been searching for Kangjun ever since his mother passed away and genuinely wants to help support the kid. The only catch is, that he'd have to join the mafia too. But Kangjun's father's friend was really sincere. He really wanted to watch Kangjun grow and this was the safest way. This way, Kangjun would always be near him rather than later found and killed off by the mafia. He promised Kangjun would have money and a nice home. And he also made a little white lie saying that Kangjun should be able to go back to the orphanage and get Ahri AFTER, he learns how to 'protect' himself (by being trained by the mafia. But he was not informed about this little information).

Because Kangjun didn't know what his father did in the past, he gladly accepted the offer. His father seemed to have trusted this man while he was alive, so what's the big deal right? As he grew up some more, he realized what he was being trained to do and why, was wrong. He insisted on finally going to see Ahri, but his 'uncle' (what he calls his father's best friend) said that if he really cared for her, he should let her go because this isn't the place she should be at. And it was true.

He went back a couple of times, though, only to glance at the orphanage from the outside... but he never saw her again.

Interactions :
Kangjun and Ahri actually met first at the orphanage. He was always by her side and protected her from bullies. He always stood up for her and that's probably where her blunt persona derived from (^^). After losing all her memory, Ahri was lost. She didn't know what to do or how to do it and the only person she could depend on was Kangjun. He taught her the things he knew, like how to fight (so she can defend herself when he's not around) and that's why she's such a good fighter now. He was sweet and treated her like a real princess. She never understood why, but Kangjun was a really nice kid. He started being nice to her because of the kindness in his heart, but then he started to develop a small crush on the later, and he sought to protect her forever. Until they got separated, that is.

Later, when they meet again, Kangjun doesn't hesitate in putting his sweet-talking moves into action. He tries flirting with her, but not only her. At first, she is greatly annoyed at his existence because he keeps getting in her way. But she later finds herself weirdly jealous when he's with other girls. And he, on the other hand, just wants to have some fun. In addition, he finds himself constantly going back to bother her (or shall I say, flirting with her). He thinks her reactions towards him is cute funny.

This goes on for a little bit (he, flirting with her. And she, showing all kinds of ways to express her annoyance with him) until he realizes that she reminds him or the young Ahri from the orphanage.

[1] He remembers her running to him for help because a spider had crawled onto her lap. And the present Ahri screeched when a spider, hanging from its web, appeared right in front of her.
[2] He use to always give her his share of ice cream, when the orphanage workers passed out ice creams, because he knew how much she enjoyed it. It made her so happy, that he was happy looking at her gobble them up. Current Ahri was extremely upset one day, and Kangjun brought out a Popsicle for her and she lit up like a light bulb.
[3] They are both afraid of dogs >.>
[4] He was always a sloppy child and so young Ahri use to always bug him about being neater, despite the conditions they were in.
Ahri can be caught later, cleaning all the messy areas around their... lair? LOL. I'm sorry, I don't know what I'm talking about. But you get the gist, no? XD

He realizes it's her before she does, then he starts distancing himself from her because of guilt. His flirting stops and he begins treating her like he use to again, it'll just probably be a bit awkward since he knows that she doesn't know.

She thinks he's acting weird, but she doesn't stop treating her the way she's been treating him; always giving him a piece of her mind and showing him who's boss. And he really doesn't mind. In this relationship, she is the top-dog.

I guess using the word 'awkward' wasn't right. LOL. I was seriously sitting there, thinking of how to explain this when I was writing it XD
Okay, so... I guess what I meant was, Kangjun is the first to realize who she is and so whenever he is around her there's always that thought of "Hrmm... I wonder if she knows now," or "Will she recognize me if I did this?" stuff like that. So you guys are right XP He's not awkward! LOL. I guess it's... cautious?

TBH, I'm not sure whether he would want her to find out who he really is or not so I'll leave it up to you guys. Hehe. Unless, you want me to choose (O.o)

Which part of the mafia crime would he be in? I seriously thought about this before. LMAO. I didn't write it because I wasn't too sure what would be best. He's very good with his words so I thought... maybe something that has to do with luring people? Ah! I got it! Luring woman!!!? That would be perfect for Ahri to get jealous about!! LMAOOO. *EVIL* >:)

Oh no... I don't want Kangjun to be a prostitue though... 'o'  *sighs*
It's okay. If it's for the best of the story ^^ You authors can go crazy. LOL.

Relations

Family : N/A

Friends :  [ I want to be friends with other applicants!! LOL. Plus, I think it'll be easier for you (authors) to work with ^.^ ]

Rivals : Jung Krystal - One of Ahri's most consistent rivals. They bicker every time they lay eyes on each other. Has a very strong persona as well. She was found at the same orphanage Ahri was in and therefore, knew each other long before too. Remembers Kangjun always sticking up for Ahri as Krystal was one of the kids that Kangjun had protected Ahri from.

Ahri was playing with a dirty Barbie, once in the orphanage, and Krystal snatched it out of her hand and told Ahri to go play with the dirt instead, "because just like the dirt, [Ahri] was nothing".

Appearance

Ulzzang's Name : Seo Seri

Pictures : 1|2|3|4|5|6

Backup Ulzzang : Lee Chae Eun

Backup Pictures : 1|2|3|4|5|6

Height + Weight : 162 cm + 49 kg

The small details :
The only piercings Ahri has is on her ears. Kind of like Tiffany (snsd) [1]

She has
one tattoo and it's on her back. There's a set of angel wings right where her shoulder blades are and in between the wings quotes "Forget you past, Forgive yourself and, Begin again." [1|2]
The reason for this is because she doesn't remember her past (with her family) and she wishes to forget about Kanjun as well. She doesn't know why or how her parents are not in her life anymore, nor does she know why Kangjun left her, but whatever the reason is, Ahri only has herself to trust now. So no matter what happens, she has to always forgive herself and move on.

Style :
Bottoms - Ahri really likes to wear cargo pants, skin tight to be exact. Mainly because she adores the army green and the khaki colors. [1|2|3]
She prefers shorts over dresses and skirts because she doesn't have to remind herself to be conservative about that 'down area'. [1|2|3|4]

{But that doesn't mean she doesn't like showing off her body.}

Shirts - She never wears tight tops; always wears loose fitting shirts. Her shirts may be loose, but they can also be a bit short (like cropped shirts) or revealing. [1|2|3|4|5|6|7]

Shoes - Anything but heels and sandals. [Converses|Black Vans|Nikes]

Accessories -  Not a big fan of bracelets and necklaces, but do enjoy earrings (except the dangling kind). [Gallery]

Others - She likes to top her outfit off by wearing utility jackets on chilly days.  [1]

The End

Password :  [ For the lovely authors XD ]  Take ONE | Take TWO

Commentary :  Oh my gawsh! I am finally done!!! Wow... I have never put in so much time into apply fics before. LOL. Sorry guys, if I kind of... wrote down too much (>.>) I hope it's not confusing (>.<) I have no idea why I was rushing this but I couldn't help it! XD Plot sounds so awesome!

*sighs* I'm so nervous :3 Hope you like her.
