Patient: she's usually calm about a lot of things, with a "go with the flow" point of view. she doesn't get angry or nervous often. she thinks being patient is really helpful, because it doesn't do you any good if you get worked up. she can wait or work on  something for a week, and she won't be the least bit irritated.

determined: she's a perfectionist, so her determination levels are high. she will start something, and finish it, even if it takes forever or is extremely hard. she will make sure everything she does is perfect. "never give up."

obsessive: you can probably tell already when i mentioned how she had like a million army green jackets. yeah, she really likes the color "army-green," so a lot of things she owns is that color. however, 'obsessive' also goes for "OCD" or obsessive compulsive disorder, in which she likes things 'perfect' and neat. she's not into disorganization. she will organize things by color, material, size, chronologically, alphabetically, etc. which also adds onto her helpful ness because she'll voluntarily do the chores just to keep things clean and whatnot. however, her oCD can get out of hand, because she won't stop until things are neat and clean. like you can give her ten boxes of files to organize, and she will actually sit there, without eating or sleeping, and organize them all.

self-concious: she needs confirmation from others for her to know if she's alright or not, or if something is good or not. it's also a part of her perfectionism. she tends to think, 'oh, this isn't good enough, it has to be better,' and things like that. she's sometimes self concious about her looks, wondering, 'people probably won't become friends with me because i don't look friendly,' or something. which is also why she doesn't bother to get agitated by the thought, meaning it's why she doesn't try to make any friends. she'll just let things sort of go with the flow. if it happens, it happens.

 family background  :
She is the younger sister of the famous "park chanyeol" of exo. she has lovely parents, and also a lovely older sister (park yura). everyone in her family is pretty close. she was born in seoul, and grew up there until she turned 13 and went to the states (new york) to study abroad. she had lived there for 5 years, coming back to korea to visit at least two times a year. while in the states, she had went to an american middle/high school, and had studied hard (perfectionalist). luckily, there were many koreans in her area, and she had made two korean friends. they helped her with her english (accent, conversations, etc). her two friends were also pretty introverted themselves, so the three got along pretty well.

meanwhile she was in the states (staying with her aunt), studying and enjoying an american life, her parents were running a nice (and successful) italian restaurant, her brother was training to become an idol and even debuted in exo, and her sister was training to be an announcer. since her family was/is pretty rich, that's how they were able to send her abroad to study and provide for her financially.

the reason for her studying abroad was because she was really into american culture, and her parents thought it'd be a good thing for her (since she had always been introverted and whatnot; she had the same personality from a young age 'til now.)

if you're wondering, the exo members have only seen her once, and it was pretty quick (like an hour). she was forced by her parents to visit her older brother during one of her visits home, so she was at their dorm for like an hour, awkwardly doing nothing (then she made some random excuse to go home because it was too awkward). she didn't really talk to any of them, except for answering their simple questions like "how old are you?" or "what are you studying?" etc. she talked to them really formally too... :U

Also, just because chanyeol is an idol, she does not know any other idols. also, no one knows anything about her family. she's like the mysterious little sister that no one knows about. she basically went mia until now.

as of now, the reason why she returned to korea was because she missed it, and is going to k-arts (korea national university of arts). even though she had been abroad for five years did not mean she skimped out on korean. she still studied it and spoke it and whatnot because she had always planned to come back to korea.

i know, i'm talking too much, but since her return home (after she graduated high school in the US), like always, she had been at home. she never went outside and always stayed inside. she either stayed in her room, on her laptop, working on mixes and stuff, or following her parents or sister around when they're home, helping them with whatever. it got to the point that her parents and yura found it a little irritating that an 18 year old girl was always at home, and had no friends (in korea), and was being such a good daughter. they wanted her to have some type of social life (and since chanyeol had been in roommate), the four of them had been planning something for a while, to get her out of the house.
 

 career history  :
she actually started her dj-ing and music making in high school (freshman year- she got interested because she took a music tech class as an elective). so she learned how to "professionaLly" make mixes and music, etc, and started to even make them for people online to listen to them. she went by the name DJ cherry (since it sounded like her name), and just made remixes and even orignal mixes for fun. with her perfectionism and determination, she actually became the top student in that class. she still mixes for fun, and stuff about her is unknown to to the public, but now that she's in university, she wants to continue to study music and become a professional musician/DJ.

however, right now, she's sort of unknown to the public, and a little known to the internet world. people actually like and download her music/ mixes. people often comment on her blog that she should show them a picture of what she looks like, or ask if she can open an ask box so they can ask her questions and stuff. some even said they wanted her to personally dj for them.

since she studied in new york, that's also where the jyp building is. it was actually in her area, and she was the top "music tech" student at her high school, so the teacher that taught the class had shown some of the stuff to his friends, who had friends that had friends who worked for JYPENT as producers and stuff. So they got a hold of her works, and basically for most of her senior year, she had secretly been working together with them to help make got7's album (stationed in new york). she never met them or anything (hell, she didn't even know who they were), but she did give her opinion on things, and even added a few beats that she thought sounded nice and stuff to some songs. it was like an extra school assignment for her, and she agreed to do it because "authority" was asking her to.

I guess after coming onto this show, her identity as 'cherry' is revealed to the public... (it's inevitable to not be revealed because she's always working on music stuff, and there are cameras everywhere...so)

amy jang (OC) : 18 : 7 : she's introverted as well. she also helps chaelee with her english. other than that, they hang out at each other's houses. she plays piano, so she also taught chaelee how to play the piano.

• not being able to say 'no' to people (which is probably why she gives in so easily when people ask her to do things, and why she's so obedient and helpful lol).

 PERSONALITY  : he is really shy (which is why he seems unfriendly at times, to strangers). but once you become friends with him, he's pretty nice and funny. he get's kind of hurt when people (s) joke around about his skin color being dark, but he can't really say anything (srsly tho. not cool guys). he's really passionate about dancing...and trying to be more perfect at it (ambitious?) he's kind of lazy if he's not dancing. so he'll lie around and not do much (always sleepy).

idk how else to describe his real self. LOL. he's just a little shy cutie pie.

 first impression  : they had met only once before the show, and that was when she visited her brother's dorm. they didn't really talk because the older and more talkative exo members were the one asking her questions and stuff. they didn't really notice each other because she wasn't really paying attention to him, and he was sort of shy so he was always just passing by (hoping to get noticed lol) instead of staying near her. kai wanted to know a little bit more about her, but not when his hyungs were hogging her all to themselves (bc how the heck is it like being chanyeols little sister). chaelee had a few glances of kai, but she didn't really notice him much except for the fact that he didn't really hang around (so she thought he was kind of unfriendly and cold, when he was actually just kind of shy).

 relationship  :they became pretty close. they already started off with having a few things in common, like being passionate in the music field, being really shy, and being around the same age. plus, chanyeol(kai's number one fan), kept urging for kai to hang out with her and stuff. (chanyeol really wanted for the two to date). they got along pretty well, and they acted awkward, but cute. ya know? like a fresh, young couple. out of the whole roommate cast, those two probably are the closest to each other. they sort of just understand each other. so if they had to pick a partner for anything, they'd pick each other. the other roommate people guessed they easily got along because her brother is his bandmate.

 scene requests  :
• having to prepare food together (dinner?), except chaelee did like 99% of the work while kai just helped bring stuff to her and taste things.
• cleaning the dishes. she suddenly started beatboxing quickly (out of habit), and then he got intruiged, and then bobbed his head a little to the beat. they realized what they were doing and then laughed, but continued working that way.
• both wanting to watch a new action movie coming out (marvel or something), but no one else wanted to go, so it was just them.
• it was movie night and all the roommates had gathered to watch a movie. someone suggested a horror movie, and they ended up watching it (even if there were many protests). chaelee and kai were sitting next to each other, and since kai hates horror movies, he kept hugging a pillow and stuff. she was hugging 'beastie' too, so it wasn't all too weird. she actually gets bored of horror movies (unaffected by them), so she tends to fall asleep while watching them, and she ended up falling asleep and tilting on him (resting on his shoulder while hugging 'beastie').
• him bringing her to the sm practice room to see the other members (hoping they are jealous, unless other roommates are exo members too).
• they both went on a grocery run. chaelee got to drive, which she was really excited about (poor kai). she put on a lot of dubstep and stuff, and they just jammed in the car (lol whoever drives gets to control the radio).
• she has to go to university, and kai (possibly others) had to go to the practice room, so she dropped him (them) off on the way.

"Actually, my brother, chanyeol, signed me up for this show. he had secretly talked to my other family members about it, saying that it would be good for me to make new friends because oppa did, and they all agreed. they told me 'you need to get out more,' or something like that." /sigh

 what are you anticipating about the show?  : 
"uh...hm...living in a nice house? maybe...i don't know, i've seen pictures of the house chanyeol oppa's lived in, and it was really nice."

 do you have any worries about being on the show?  : 
"hm, that maybe fans might keep bothering me and asking me about my brother? I mean, he's famous and all...and here i am, randomly popping up out of no where."
