I need an insult!

Like it's an insult about someone who has been cheating but it needs to be preferably one word which has no swearing!!

So it would be like:

"That ... "

Can someone help me?

I don't insult people so i have no ideas and the internet just tells me to swear, but i don't want to in my story!!

Please help!!!!!
